Description of Work: replaced siding and gutters. Siding is still in good repair after about a year. The scaffolding they used left nail holes in my roof which caused leaking. I had someone come and fill the holes. The gutters(which were subbed out) often do not catch the rain so I have some places where the rain pours right down the side of the house.

Description of Work: Dave came out and looked at my job on Friday and said his crew would be at my home at 8 AM Monday morning. Mike and Kevin arrived 15 minutes early and went to work, they removed about half of the siding on North side of house and resealed the windows with ice & water shield (wide self stick rubber tape). Then put new Tyvek on house and taped that up, then rehung the vinyl siding. They also put on new flashing on a vent pipe and replaced a few loose shingles on roof. Cleaned up nicely and left! Very profesional.

Description of Work: Best experience with a home improvement contractor in the 10 years I have owned my home!!! They show up when they say they will, both for the estimate and doing the work. They replaced all of our rotted wood trim, fascia, and soffit and did an OUTSTANDING job. The price was very fair; his was one of the lower estimates we got for the job. They were efficient and left NO mess behind. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Hartmann and his crew. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Replaced bad wood, soffits, wrapped entire house and installed new gutters. Mr. Hartmann also explained to us why our replacement windows kept leaking and fixed the problem by removing the siding and install moisture barrier around all of the windows.

Description of Work: Mr. Hartmann came out and reviewed my project. After a thorough look over, he felt that his services were not the best for the job and gave me a couple tubes of caulk to try and solve the problem. I respect someone who takes the time to tell me what is wrong, how to fix it, and then give me a couple of tubes of caulk to boot. I will call him next time I need siding.
