This company is perfect. In every way. The cost above is for a variety of services performed, as they invoice me monthly.

I left a message regarding some work I wanted to have done at my home, with details on what I needed, also explaining that I would need to set up recurring services. The work included clean-up from fall/winter, cleaning up flower beds, mulching, trimming shrubs now and through the year. I never received a return phone call.

They do a great job, they are fast and efficient.

Everything went well.... no complaints at all. We are requesting a quote for more tree removal from them. We'll definitely use them in the future for any mowing needs as well.

They dumped in the mulch and spread it out. You could tell they were in a hurry to get done; I know that there was a mix-up and someone else's lawn should have been done by now. The owner's are very nice and pleasant people. The price was also very expensive to me for what they did.

Grass cutting, edging, blowing were satisfactory. Needed prompting to attend to garden beds weeding and clean-up, but did respond to request.

I phoned cutting up lawn care for an estimate but unfortunately no one returned my phone call. I understand the spring is finishing and the summer is fresh but i wish they would've at least let me know they were extremely busy. customer service over the phone was nice however lack of response from them let's me know of their overall quality. shameful too.

The day of service they arrived as expected. Worked hard to get it all done and it went very well. I am very happy with the finished product. There was a bit of miscommunication after my first call, but otherwise things went smoothly.

We've had a couple of bumps, but they've come through and always responded when I had a problem. I think they probably hired some new people for the summer that they haven't trained as well as maybe they would have if they had them before summer. They came out one time and cut my grass down to nubs, so with the heat, you have no grass. But the owner came out and actually gave me a free cut and made it right. So now it's back to normal. The other thing they did was run over one of my landscape lights which was in a flowerbed. I don't know how they did it, but they did. I replaced that and he deducted that from my bill. So they are probably just fine, they are just kind of maybe finding their footing.

While the owner was very friendly and offered some advice, he never returned with a quote or followed up with me after his visit. I called their office and left a message but again I never received a return call.

I selected Cuttin' Up Lawn Care based on their reviews through Angie's List. I met with the owner David at the appointed time and found him to be courteous and professional. Having not contracted for this type of service before I was somewhat surprised at the cost of the proposed landscaping, particularly the mulching, which for the estimated 7 sq yards wound up to be in excess of $500. This I am assured by others is the going rate, so I cannot profess to being disappointed in Cuttin? Up ? nonetheless, the total cost of what I was hoping to have done exceeded my budget and so I have not moved forward with contracting any service at this time. Once again though, David was informative and respectful and thus may yet be getting a return call from me.

Overall, and 'so far' the service was perfect!

I'm pretty amazed at all of the stellar reviews for this company. After reading them I called Cuttin' Up since I had a very tall bush (15 ft or so) in front of my house that needed to be trimmed, as my ladder was not sufficient to do so. After speaking with Karen, who was very nice, she said she would have someone come out and look at it and get an estimate to me. Exactly a week later, I called back and asked if they had done so, since I hadn't heard back from them. The girl on the line said that Karen must have forgotten about it scheduled someone to come out the next day (Tuesday), which sounded great. Come Friday, I had not heard from them (again), so I decided to call. The same girl answered and said someone had stopped by and looked at it, and would "probably call or e-mail me with an estimate soon." I was a little confused why the guy didn't just leave an estimate in our mailbox or the font door, but oh well. I asked the girl if it normally took up to a week to get an estimate back, and she then proceeded to tell me it really hadn't been a week yet because he came on Tuesday and it was only Friday! Needless to say, I wasn't very surprised when the following week came and went, and still didn't have an estimate. I finally went with a landscaper from my own neighborhood who will thankfully be able to get it done before my family visits this weekend, which was why I was getting it done in the first place. All in all, if I though that simply getting a tall bush trimmed was going to be such a pain I wouldn't have called. I would've been perfectly fine with getting a round-about estimate over the phone, honestly. Hopefully this is just a one-time issue, but I obviouusly won't be looking to use these guys for the landscaping jobs I've got coming up on my property this summer.

I'm sorry, I don't remember the gentleman's name, but we met up at my house during my lunch hour on a weekday for an estimate. He was on time, which was important since I only get a certain amount of time for lunch. He provided me with a very fair quote for removing overgrown Carolina Jasmine from my fence that belonged to my neighbor's plant. It had taken over the entire fence and was halfway taking over my nearby shed. He called the evening before the work was to be performed to remind me, definitely very helpful. I left a check for them to perform the work where they could reach it and I came home after work on the day the service was to be performed and was thrilled with the result. My yard looks so much bigger with the vines removed. I couldn't be happier with the service, the experience and the result. I will definitely be using Cuttin' Up again. Huge thank you from a very happy customer!

David answered my call the same day i placed it. After playing telephone tag for a couple of days, we finally got together. He and Karen came out the next day to provide me with a quote. They were very friendly and professional while taking measurements and finding out exactly what I wanted. Very impressive. i had the quote the next day via E mail. Had several questions which were answered promptly and ccepted the quote. Currently the project is scheduled and David promised to call me the day before arrival. Very pleasant and professional contact.

When we called for a quote, David promptly came over the same day, and patiently listened to the work that needed to be performed. He suggested to start the job a week later, to give time to the ground to dry. As promised, they came back a week later, all leaves bagged, and ready for pick up. The process was simple and easy.

All aspects of the communication met or exceeded expectations.

I first called David when my landscaper on contract failed to show up for 2 months. David was quick to set up a consult: he was punctual for the appointment, and explained the things that needed to be done to bring the yard up to speed. David and his crew arrived promptly on the date promised - they did all that was expected and more! 28 bags of leaves and a trailer full of limbs and debris later, I am thrilled to have finally found a company that is honest and trustworthy. I have just signed an annual contract with Cuttin'Up Lawn Care - it is the best decision I have made in awhile. Thanks David!

When I called them, I had been a bit frustrated with a few other providers ... one wanted to charge entirely too much and another was rather non-responsive. When I called them, Dave and Karen Meads came out to my house the same day and their crew began mowing a few days later. A few months later, when I called and asked them to do some landscaping, they remembered specific details that I had mentioned during their site visit, which was very impressive. I am very satisfied with the work they did and will definitely have them back next summer.

David Meads and his crew were thoroughly professional, prompt, and performed all services beyond my expectations. I am totally satisfied with their service and would definitely refer them to friends and neighbors and will use them in the future.

Called to get estimate for lawn care & some minor landscaping. I was not impressed. 1st - their attitude 2nd they wanted $20+ more than my present co. charges. 3rd I haven't heard back from they at all over a week later. When told what I would be charged weekly for lawn care, I informed them I pay much less weekly. They were to suppose to get back to me with an estimate for some landscaping I needed done. As stated I never heard back from them!

We had picked this company because of the high rating on Angie's List. They contacted us immediately and came out the next day. David was very nice and gave us a quote that day. We ended up signing an annual contract with them. They came out a couple of weeks later and did a great job. We are happy with them so far.

It was amazing experience. The owners responded to my request the same day I called and personally came to my home and gave me an estimate. They arrived on time and worked amazingly hard. Their workers are polite and courteous and some of the hardest working people I have seen in a long time. They were neat, the yard was completely picked up. It was a very hot day and an incredible amount of clearing to do but they completed the job quickly. They exceeded my expectations. I will use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I had to leave out of town due to a family emergency. We wanted as little of house/yard work to worry about when we got back. Spoke to Dave, very nice, and professional. Just needed to get a one-time yard service done (which is rare for this area). Put in a response form on Angie's list on a Sunday morning, and got a response back the same day. The price was more than fair, and the job was above satisfactory. In case of emergencies I recommend these guys to everyone I know. Thanks again!!
