Excellent! All correspondence leading up to the install was very professional and no-pressure. Unlike other window installers, I did not receive multiple follow-up calls or visits badgering me to make a purchase. The windows are quality vinyl double hung windows with welded corners. The install was completed in one day in a safe and efficient manner. The windows and trim work look great...I would definitely recommend them to others and if needed, would hire them again.

We were very pleased with the windows in the beginning until we discovered some of them were leaking and caused damage to the walls inside the window area. We didn't notice the damage in the beginning because the curtains covered that area. Once we discovered the damage we called the window company. They came out MANY times and each time they added more caulking to the windows, It helped some of the windows but not all. We had to repair the wall damage several times during this process. We finally had the manufacture of the windows come out and they determined at least two windows were "compromised during installation". Per their warranty, they gave us a new set of windows but Custom Window Distributors refused to come out and install the new windows. Whenever we tried to call them to work things out, the manager/owner Rodney would hang up on us. We seeked the advise of a lawyer and the lawyer also tried contacting Rodney. Rodney hung up on him too. We finally had to get another window company to come out an install the replacement windows and of course had to pay them for the services we should have received from Custom Window Distributors. The windows have a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer and they stood behind their product. Custom Window Distributors does not stand behind their work and I suggest avoid using them if you need new windows.

The crew did extremely well, considering the size of the job. It took less than a week to complete the project, and they kept the work area relatively clean throughout the week. We were impressed with the length of the days they worked, and there was little talking during this time period. Both the windows and siding make the house look ten years younger.

Custom Window Distributors did a very good job on our windows, they look absolutely beautiful. They made our rooms look so much bigger than they did before. I was also very happy with the price that they charged me, it was very reasonable for the amount of work that they did.
