That was fine. The quality of their work for that was advertised, set appointment, were there on time, and what I expected. I guess, it is becoming lots of standard procedure for companies that do things that quoted on time. They did very good stuff, it was a pleasant surprise, and they were there to do.

I use them twice a year. They were here last for my spring cleaning. They do it all and I don't have to do a thing. They move the furniture and they move lamps, they are good. I really like those folks. They are punctual, if they say they are going to be there at eight in the morning we better be ready and have our coffee going because they are there at eight o'clock. They are very efficient. They don't waste a lot of time. They are very cordial and personable but it's not a lot of chit chat. They come in, say how are you, good to see you again and thank us for bringing them back. They say where they are going to start down and they are off to work. My conversation with them is minimum but very pleasant and they get the work done and then they move off. They clean up very nicely, there are no drips left anywhere and the windows are not streaky. They are very good. Two young men and they do a really fine job. They will be coming back in fall and again next spring. The company that I previously used for my windows went out of business. I'm not really sure now, how I found these young fellows but I responded to an ad or something in the paper but I have been very pleased and they have been back now twice a year. I would use them again and I have recommended them, in fact I have three neighbors who also use them.

I will use them again in the future. They were fairly quick and were nice people. I was impressed with the young lady who came out. She did really well. Their pricing was really reasonable and they were efficient.

I contacted the company for an estimate. The owner, JJ, was there the very same afternoon (I did not have to be home) and left an estimate in my door. I contacted the company approximately three weeks after the estimate was provided. JJ was able to schedule my work for the following day. Although he thought he would be doing the job himself, he was unable to be there but sent his technician, David. David arrived exactly on time. He had all tools and materials on hand and did not need anything from me to include use of my inside or outside water. David finished in less than the two hours estimated and did a superb job. My sister visited later in the day and thought my windows were open--that's how clean the glass and screens were. The original estimate was $239. I had a ValPak coupon for $25 so paid $214. I also tipped David. The work involved crawling around in my numerous flower beds. I don't see a single sign of damage. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and most strongly recommend the company to anyone. The company also advertises Pressure Washing and Gutter Cleaning.
