They did a very good job, however it was a little hard to contact and schedule a appointment with them. The price was was very fair. They ended up being the least expensive with the best options available.

They seemed very professional at the onset. They have good systems and kind of state of the art for basement crawlspaces. However it didn't seem like the guy really knew what he was doing. They didn't have a structural engineer like the other companies in the area. They couldn't really find the cause of the problem. They proposed trying all kinds of stilts and jacks in the house. I walked away with a $7,000 quote from them and $2,500 from others who knew what they were doing. They were very punctual.

We have a house in Virginia Beach where we were using Crawl Space's services so we actually solely communicated via telephone and we have a property down there. We haven't committed to any services with them yet but we do intend to use their services in the future. We have some timing with some construction and stuff and we are definitely going to use them but just not right now. We've only gotten a free estimate from them. We had really positive interaction with them that's why I was going to go with them for our service. Their website was very informative and just really got us to be able to talk with them quite seamlessly. Sometimes we have to dig to figure out services but their website was very informative and then the guy that had come out to do the estimate, like I said, we only talked to him over the phone but he was very attentive and willing to explain to both me and my husband because he would talk to me during the day and then perhaps not able to reach my husband until the evening to kind of convey his estimate with more details. My husband kind of could visualize. So they were just very friendly. We had somebody meet him at the house and he was right on time.

Didn't hire due to initial cost provided.

We had a good experience dealing with Crawl Space Systems. They conducted themselves very professionally, with integrity and they went extra mile to make sure we were fully satisfied with what they did before collecting the payment.

I had received several estimates. I did not go with them because I thought their estimate was high and I did not think they were going to meet all my needs. They wanted to put a permanent seal all around my house. I wanted someone to come in and explain where the water was and why and how we could fix it. I had another company come out and do an excellent job at a quarter of a price. We have a geothermal system built specifically for our home and this sealant system was not going to work because it would release heat under our house and our system was not built to do that. They were professional and made a nice presentation. But I don't think they were concerned that in the long run it was for my best interest. He kinda disregarded me when I asked how it would work with a geothermal system. When I did research with my heating company they told me I chould not go with the Crawl Space System. But the person that came out was very professional and very nice.

From start to finish the entire staff went over and above in service to make sure the job was done correctly. We are extremely happy with the results. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. It was a pleasure working with all of you.

Outstanding, very happy with overall product. Final product is very neat and clean, and will improve overall quality and value of my house. Initially provided quote requiring no down payment. Quote was $2K less than similar company, whose quote did not include the structural repairs. Policy changed requiring 30% down payment at contract signing, but honored initial quote of no down payment. Honored $300 coupon. Agreed to more powerful dehumidifier than quote to ensure adequate coverage per manufacturers recommendation. Installed girder entire length of house at no extra cost, though quote was for slightly over half the house. When drywall cracked after jacking, had painter respond next day to patch and paint. Collaborative final inspection. Had worker come back after inspection to tape minor rips in moisture barrier, and left extra tape. Took split payment, check and credit card. Cleaned up every day, had access to crawl space daily normally without requiring access to house. Trustworthy. Feel like they will be responsive if there are any issues in future.

They arrived on time and completed the job within a timely manner. All workers were professional and kind. I did not even notice their presence.

Our newly constructed home was supposed to have a sealed crawl. But, I didn't think it was sealed. I requested Crawl Space Systems to inspect it. And, he found a lot of problems, including code issues. He did a thorough job and the report was very detailed. The builder was able to respond to the main problems based on the suggestions in the reports.
