The overall job went very well, kept me informed with day to day operation.

It went well. They came on time and finished early. They were considerate of my dog and cat. The owner and his team are nice guys. I got 3 quotes from different companies. Quotes were all over the place and work was the same. Crawl Masters was in the middle but the owner was more confident and explained to me in detail of the work they would do.

Excellent! The Crawl Masters crew was early for my appointment, which I appreciated! They inspected the underside of my home and made a few minor repairs. Afterwards, they did a complete inside and outside pest control treatment. They were thorough, courteous and efficient.

Excellent..I contacted Crawl Masters after researching companies that performed similar services. I called the company that I had used in the past and their estimate without going under the house was several thousand dollars more than Crawl Masters. This company responded with a prompt estimate and the work was performed when scheduled. The staff was respectful and pleasant. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Great! They answered the phone promptly. They were courteous and professional. They arrived on time, performed the work with great speed and did a great job. They removed the rodents and replaced all the plastic under my house. It looks brand new under there. A few weeks later a terrible smell was permeating the house. It smelled like death. I called them again and they came out the same day and found a large rat that had wedged itself in a high corner of the crawl space and died. They removed it and cleaned up the mess it left.

They worked quickly and explained what they were doing through out the process. They were very respectful and really nice to deal with. The price was fantastic compared with other quotes I had been given. I would definitely use them again if I have an issue with my foundation.

Crawl Masters was excellent to deal with, they promptly gave us a free estimate and once we called to schedule the work, it was done quickly. Their estimate was over $1,000 less than the other estimate we got.

Crawl Masters showed up the very next day to check out the sloping floor in the kitchen and check the corner foundation where some cracks are in the brick and stated the area around the cracked bricks was fine from a foundation perspective and that we should get a masonry out to work on the bricks. And then gave an estimate to correct the sloping floor in the kitchen(adding 2 piers). He was very honest and felt good going with Crawl Masters. I called and requested for them to come out to add the 2 piers asap if they could and they were out there within 2 days. I had a great experience with them. Thank you!

Mark, David and team did a superb job from start to finish! We received an honest assessment of the work needed without any hidden sales pitch. Their estimate was very reasonable and there were no surprises when we got the final bill. They were able to start work within two weeks of us accepting the estimate and finished the project right on time, as promised. The crew did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress. Most of the project was done while we were at work, but every morning when they showed-up, they gave us a status of the previous day's efforts. They kept our yard clean and hauled away all debris and remnants each day. Their attention to detail was evident as they took great care when elevating the beams so as not to create any problems to our kitchen or wood floors. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work, the customer service, and professionalism of the entire Crawl Masters Team! As a matter of fact, we will be using them for termite control services in the future!

It went great! David showed up as scheduled and inspected the crawl space. Unfortunately, Crawl Masters wasn't able to do the work that was needed. But David, nonetheless, spent significant time explaining his findings and recommendations. If future work is needed - that they are able to do - I'll certainly call them back. In the meantime, I highly recommend Crawl Masters to others.

We contacted them and was very happy with the customer service on the phone. Mark called before the appointment to let us know he was on his way, he arrived on time which we appreciated. He asked us to show him the cracks and then he explained how he was going to do the inspection. He took his time and crawled all around under our house doing a full inspection. He explained what was causing the buckling and cracks, putting our mind at ease. Very honest and professional, happy we called them and will call again for any future work.

They did an excellent job. I was not in the area for inspection, so they sent me pics of the work done. The space looks so much better than it did before. A job well done!

Mark and David arrived promptly and began working right away. They pulled out and bagged up all the old poly and debrie and installed the new moisture barrier. Mark said they would call me next summer and come out to inspect under the house to be sure there is still not a moisture problem. From my first phone call to set up an appointment to the completion of the job, Somer, Mark and David were friendly and professional. They are hard working conscientious young people who take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an honest company. Not at all pushy.

These guys were awesome, and more affordable and lower pressure than another outfit I got a quote from. They managed to work me in a couple of days early, and came back to make a change that I had requested after the fact. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.
