Description of Work: Scope of work included carpentry, stucco repair, window replacement, plastering, and painitng. Initial contact with company representative was as previously scheduled. Rep. was punctual, professional and courteous. An initial estimate was provided in reasonable time, however followup with a final estimate never occurred. Company representative indicated he was having difficulty getting his people to the house to conduct final appraisal. After several routine e-mail and phone inquiries back and forth concerning his plan to complete the estimate, dialogue suddenly stopped for no apparent reason. Two phone calls and an e-mail to the rep. were never returned or answered. My final e-mail to him stated I was taking my business elsewhere.
