Conserva Irrigation of Virginia Beach

I received an email from Conserva to review their services. I've been using them for about 4 years now ('22) & have mostly good things to say about them. I especially want to thank Brandon, who, in my experience, has been the most thorough, knowledgeable & conscientious employee. Others have serviced my inground system (installed in '98), but not one of them has matched Brandon in the qualities that make a good employee & good representative of the company. One "Brandon substitute" left w/o even telling me he was leaving after placing 8-10 flags @ various sprinkler heads when deactivating. Another didn't check to see that all heads (9 zones) were operative after activating the system. I give Conserva an A rating, w/reservations as stated.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Although he was a little bit late, the work was performed promptly and certainly met my expectations. In fact, I already purchased a plan to have them return for summerization and winterization again for 2021. The technician provided me with a good assessment of the state of my irrigation system as well, and he confirmed my thought that I may need to replace another sprinkler head in the spring. He also thoroughly explained all of the work performed and exactly what they do to "winterize" the irrigation system. I found that very helpful.

I bought a deal on Angie's list to have the system winterized and then to have it turned back on in the Spring. When it was turned back on, some issues were found. They had to come out a few times to get all of the issues fixed but everyone who came was professional and I felt that the charges for the repairs were very reasonable. I especially appreciate being to email Daniel at any time of day/evening to schedule appointments. I love being able to pay electronically online, too.

Great support developing a plan for repairs. We will go back to Cknserva Virginia Beach again for irrigation and well service.

They found a tree root was cutting off the water supply to several sprinkler heads, so they fixed it.

Jim Graham inspected our current backyard system and found two major line breaks. Once they were fixed, the remaining system just called for repairs. So, Jim and Brandon did a great job setting up our entire sprinkler system. They were also very responsive to our schedule, and they were so pleasant to work with. We look forward to working with them in the future, and we recommend them highly.

Brandon was absolutely fantastic! The office said he would be here between 1 PM and 2 PM and he was promptly present at 1 PM. He conducted a free inspection says find the source of the problem. And he found the issue to be something very minor and also made some recommendations for improvements we could make to make the system more effective. He replaced one of the sprinkler heads today on the spot and fix the issue we were having. I could not say enough great things about this company! From their responsiveness to the work to the price, everything was better than expected. I highly recommend this company for any irrigation needs you might have.

Conserva Irrigation did an outstanding job. Other companies were hired to fix my lawn sprinkler issues but failed. However, I was billed for their attempt including excessive charges and for parts that were not needed.. Conserva Irrigation found and fixed all issues and their prices were very reasonable.

The technician called me and let me know what time he would be arriving. He was professional and did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my system and what he was going to do to resolve the issue. The price was what I was quoted. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

The employees at Conserva Irrigation were very professional from the start. They kept me up to date on the progress of the job and always left the worksite neat and clean. I recently moved into my house and had many projects I wanted to do to update the house. I just wish my other projects had gone as smoothly as this one did. I would recommend Conserva Irrigation if you need a sprinkler system installed!
