It was horrible. It was a complete failure. Before they installed it, I told them I would like to have a Kohler because it's really good plumbing products. And what they installed was a sink that was like two-ply paper and the entire sink slipped at the back. I called them and I told them about it. They basically told me that it was my problem and that they would not replace it and they would not tell me where they purchased it from. You need to watch them completely and purchase the products yourself. It was several things. They put in an outdoor faucet - a shower that you could use on the deck and the handle that turns it hot or cold, flew off and went across the backyard. They installed a toilet and left a giant knob on the floor about the size of a baseball that's all rusted out. Nothing they installed was correct. UPDATE AS OF 10/23/2013: Last week, we had a leak from the toilet this company installed. They put the seal on incorrectly and the the toilet was not level when installed. As a result, last week it was leaking pee and poop into my kitchen ceiling and had to have someone come and clean it up as well as fix the problem. We are still waiting on a contractor so come and see if there is a mold issue from their mistake.

They installed 3 single flush toilets. I bought the stainless steel shut off valves because the aaluminum one rust and you cannot turn off the waater if needed in an emergeency. They also installed the toilet in a wacky way in the hall, leaving a mound fof corroded run on top of the floor and plastic aleading to the toilet. God help us. Looks and sounds like h*** They werre told I wanted tto replace the white sink in the laundry room with a similar one also of cast iron and I got a plasstic sink that split in no tiime. Does it sound like someone who wants Kohler would be happy with cheap plastic. I called them and tthey did not know where they got it, would have me charged to replace with a correct sink. No credit on the crap They did drain the shower prooperly but since then I have bought my own snake. Ladies I have arthritic hands and it is a breeze. Stop paying the slugs of the world. Buy the best you can afford, cheecck ANGIES list. have delivereed to your home forr inspection. Get on your knees, which I could not and check their work. not right DO NOT PAY. Take them to count. Make a record of eveery phone call with date and time and what was siad aand put in "" if you remember. The shower was installed last summer and broke this summer. The side that corried the wateer to the knobs blew off. The idea is great just need a different plumberr. We used to wash the ddogs and ourselves in suits of course beforee enteringg hot tub or pool. Company charges $100.00 ;to show up. They tighteed pipe under sink in 1 minute and left. Total $110.00Decided the icemaker was dead and they were right. not a prooblem with electricity or wateer. I amm on the hunt again.

Very bad experience. Not only overpriced but they replaced our 40 gallon tank with a 38 gallon tank and billed us for a full-sized 40-gallon. They were 2 hours late, took an hour longer than they told us it would take but stopped for three cigarette breaks in the process. They also had to run to a hardware store to purchase an extra length of venting because they installed the wrong size water heater.
