Worst company to hire to do carpets!!! Set appointment one month ahead of time, day of appointment they were no call, no show. Reached out via phone, email and facebook, the company never called back or apologized for not showing up. I had to go rent a carpet cleaner the night before my rental inspection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

It didn't. The first time I called he picked up promptly, was nice on the phone and set up an appointment for two weeks later. He never showed up. Absolutely no phone call or email to let me know so I wasted most of the day waiting. It has been a month since then and I've called probably five times and he has never picked up. He did call back once, but I was unavailable and missed the call. He hasn't tried back and I've returned the call several times. It is a Living Social scam. From the looks of Angie's list (which I only just signed up for last week) he did this same thing with Groupon last year and his facebook is full of unhappy people. It looks like he occasionally does the job, but don't bother trying because that's a small percentage. I'm in the process of claiming a refund, and hopefully it goes through.

My experience working with Coastal CSP was both bad and good. They were so busy as a result of providing Coupons in support of Living Social, that it was very difficult to contact a live person at Coastal CSP and I was at their mercy to return messages. Although a phone number is given, it is best to email or text them and they will respond. It took me approximately a week for them to return my messages to set up an appointment. When they finally contacted me, the wait time for them to come and provide the service purchased via living social was approximately 60 days. About two weeks from my appointment with Coastal CSP, I was unable to contact them to confirm my appointment. I had to work through Living Social to get Coastal CSP to return my messages. On the day the service was to be provided, Coastal CSP had the wrong address and arrived 3+ hours later than the appointed time. Because they arrived late, no one was present to supervise their work, which is a must. I did contact Coastal CSP by phone prior their arrival to let them know that no one would be present and I was able to give specific guidance on my pressure washing requirements and they seemed to understand. The overall quality of the work accomplished was super however on their initial call they only did 2/3 of the work required. When I brought this to the attention of Coastal CSP via text, they returned a week later to finish the work. Overall I think that this would have been a much better experience because it appeared that Coastal CSP was not set up to handle the high demand for their services created by their Living Social offering. Once they finally arrived the 2nd time and focused their efforts on providing me the purchased service, they were able to complete the job to my total satisfaction.
