Description of Work: I used Climatemakers Ltd. They did a cleaning of the whole system and an evaluation. Kind of told us what we needed to do and what would work out best. It was kind of an all purpose visit.

Description of Work: I ended up not going with Climatemakers mainly due to the other contractor's bargain price. However, I was impressed by the sale's rep professionalism, expertise in HVAC installment, and his eagerness to gain my business. He even called me at the end of the day to reduce his offer which made it more competitive. I believe his company would have delivered a better quality installment, but at the end, I had to take the other contractor's bid due to limited budgetary resources.

Description of Work: Replaced air and furnace. Great job! Love it and price was reasonable! Follow-up was more than expected! Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Did not bother to respond to the message I left. I asked that they come check on my system as it had made a sound that scared me but had not quit yet. System did quit with temps in my house as high as 98 upstairs. At least a message telling me they were too busy would have shown a little professionalism and curtesy.

Description of Work: I can't begin to express how impressed I have been with the team of professionals that have been in my home through the process of installing a new gas condensing boiler. Sounds like I work for the company doesn't it? But I don't. I have just been so happy with the entire crew. They installed on the coldest day of the year, were extremely professional, worked hard, respected the condition of my home and had a great work ethic and sense of humor. I have had a few subsequent questions regarding the system and I receive prompt return calls and responses. They weren't the least expensive estimate, I had numerous estimates, but I was impressed with their professionalism from the start and the fact that the building code was particularly important in my case (Wetlands considerations), and they knew more than the other companies I had been in touch with. And their bid was very competitive! It has been the type of experience I had hoped for.

Description of Work: A new unit is scheduled to be installed 7/14/14. Had to make a down payment of about 1100 on about 4400. When the unit was first serviced and found needed to be replaced, we were charged about about 260 for temporary fix. The 260 was deducted from install cost.

Description of Work: Flushed and installed new drain line to air handler unit. Very prompt ( I have a medical condition with which A/C is very important to me). In light of this medical they came out for the service call promptly. Fixed the unit, professional and kept the work area clean. The service agent fully explained what had been done. This company has keep my 14 year old A/C unit going and it still is working well. Likely to have to replace it within a year and will surely reach out to Climate makers for quotes. Other companies I've used in the past are not considered trustworthy by me. I have full confidence with Climate Makers and would recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C service.

Description of Work: Only had them out for an estimate. The representative was professional and knowledgeable about the products and courteous to my wife and I. He did not present a high pressure sales and presented the facts as they stood. I chose not to purchase from this company due to the price. They were asking for the system as other company's. To be fair though it was not the same equipment and they obviously had the superior product, it was just to expensive.

They were very professional, courteous and on time every day. they were very clean and the quality of their work is excellent. I have used them for repairs in the past which made them an easy choice for installing a new system. I would recommend them and will use them again.
