Good to go.
Description of Work: Complete Heat and A/C install. Old system died in the middle of a heatwave. Installation was quick, painless, but a little pricey. Sales rep was good guy. Electric bill was cut by two thirds. Better than predicted.

It was a great experience.
Description of Work: Although a brand new furnace/A/C unit had been recently installed upstairs by another company, it was not cooling well. The Classic Air technician came in and determined that we had some serious problems with our ductwork. He proposed making 3 repairs, then totally surprised us by saying he could do them the same day! The cost of the work, while not inexpensive, was entirely reasonable for what was done. And the repairs have made a HUGE difference in our upstairs cooling!

Everything went fine
Description of Work: My outdoor unit was making an unusual noise so I called them and they came out almost immediately. They checked everything including the inside unit and they found nothing wrong and in the meantime the strange noise had stopped. They advised me if it started up again to call them and they would be back to look at it again at no extra charge. They were prompt, efficient, and professional.
