CHUCK'S MECHANICAL APPLIANCE SERVICE

Compressor on my air conditioner unit went on the first hot weekend of the season. Had never used Chuck before but he showed up himself. Knew all about the warranty for the unit, was able to replace compressor and a bunch of other parts next day and the young man he sent to do the job next day was professional, polite, and efficient. I will use Chuck's again.

Had done work with Chuck several years ago, and was pleased with their results, but I regret to say that my last experience has soured my opinion. I called them to make an appointment to have our new homes HVAC inspected and serviced. He made an appointment for latter that week from 1-5 pm. I get home and start waiting. At 437pm I get a call saying he is just finishing up at the beach and that he will arrive shortly. 645pm the doorbell rings. He looked at the job and said he would have to reschedule. I said I would have to call back when I decided to do that. Bottom line, I hope this is a one off event, but it warrants documenting here. C overall, but capable of A work

The repairman arrived promptly during the time frame that was promised. He completed the work quickly and recommended a cleaning of the entire system. This was during one of the hottest periods of the summer (we had experienced several consecutive days of 100 degree plus weather). I did not feel that there was any high pressure for any unnecessary services. I plan to look into a yearly service plan with this company. I had used them in the past and they made the repairs in a timely manner and it was right the first time. This had not been my experience with other HVAC repair companies.

They do a very good job so far I am happy with them. There was nothing wrong with the unit when they did it. They cleaned up after themselves too. They were very prompt as well. I have an annual contract with them so if something were to go wrong I get 15% off whatever needs to be done. The fee also includes two seasonal inspections on the unit per year as well.

He figured out the problem I was having with my heating unit. I had others try but they couldnt find out what the problem was. He had no trouble finding what the problem was and fixed it right away. The reason for the B grade was that I didnt have a negative experience with them at all but I really think that B is a good grade.

Chuck's Appliance was real reasonable on their prices for their service charge. We have used them before and they did a very good job. The men were always informative on what they were doing and everything worked fine after the repair.

Chucks Appliance came out the same day that I called them. I really liked that because it was 95 degrees the day my air conditioner went completely out. The men who came out were really nice and friendly. They had very good prices and we were satisfied with their product and their services.
