See above for all of the wonderful details of services provided thus far. Knowing the little things means a LOT when you are building a house and they have been phenomenal. I would like to add that I am working via a realtor as well and she has a great relationship with Chesapeake Homes as well. They respect the relationship that I have with my realtor and keep her in the loop of any changes. I will update this review as we progress through this process.
Description of Work: We are in the beginning stages of planning our new home with Chesapeake Homes in Suffolk (Hillpoint Estates). Between Nicole Maggio and Brandi Peralta, they have been AMAZING. Their customer service has been top notch and attention to details of what my family NEEDS and WANTS have been an added necessity. I would also like to add that the turnaround time for estimates of additional items have always been less than 24 hours during the work week. Lastly, they are in the office SEVEN DAYS A WEEK for you to view the model and I was able to come back several times to take measurements, etc. I am so excited to begin our business venture with Chesapeake Homes.
