landline phone service
+ -1 moreThe last two months were terrible. I called to ensure that I did not have a balance for unseen costs. Customer service told me that I did not and I thought the matter was closed. The night I returned from my wedding I received a notice of overdue payment. The wording of the notice was less than cordial. After discussion with a rather rude operator and a week waiting to have management resolve my matter, I called Cavalier again. My customer care representative told me that my account was close with a balance of zero dollars. Two months later I received a letter notifying me that an attorney representing Cavalier was attempting to claim $64.15 plus $19.24(attorney fees). I called Cavalier and was promptly interrupted and then hung up on by their representative. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: No service was ever performed. When we tried to have the service installed we were informed that installation time was between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Due to the fact that my wife and I both work, we could not be home for that large of a window of time. I immediately canceled the service and never used Cavalier for any communication needs.
