Showroom staff was excellent. Didn't know anything about carpet and they were able to help me make an informed decision. Installation went off without any issues and they left the area clean when they were done. Planning on using them again.

I chose Carpet Hut to replace the carpeting throughout my rental property at this address. They did such an outstanding job with the quality of carpet and vinyl tile that I chose to the top quality installation I received, They were outstanding in every aspect. They were also running a fabulous sale with 24 months no interest financing and a $500 off coupon. I was so impressed with my experience, I had them do the carpeting in another rental property, also.

I have used Carpet Hut for all flooring needs for the past 40 years and would never consider anyone one else. The family owned business has a huge inventory of all flooring needs and utilizes their own installers who are extremely knowledgeable and professional people. We were moving back into the area & hired Carpet Hut over the phone because of reviews on Angie's List. They were great about getting out to our house, measuring, etc. The carpet was all finished by the time we moved into our house. It is so nice to know that the carpet is brand new! Our experience was great & we would definitely recommend them!

From the beginning the communication was great. Larry came out promptly and gave me a quote that was very competitive the best of the 3 quotes I received. Ronnie and Carl came out in did an awesome job with the installation. They were polite, professional. This included a great clean-up. I am very happy with the outcome and I most certainly recommend Carpet Hut.

Carpet Hut recommended a good value carpeting that should last for a long time. Carpeting was installed at the end of summer 2015. The installation went smoothly and neatly and took 2 days. The crew moved furniture around as required and did a neat and clean job. They also performed an excellent job on the carpeted steps. Last February Ronny and his helper also did an excellent job of installing a 3 color LVT tile, Armstrong Alterna, with grouted joints. Not only did Ronny do a meticulous job on the installation but he spent a day prepping the floor and got all the squeaks out. They also had to do a lot more removal and floor prep than anticipated. Ronnie took great pride in doing an excellent job. The new floor looks great in my new kitchen and I couldn't be happier!

They did a great job. Let me start with our showroom experience. We had researched luxury vinyl tile (LVT) prior to shopping for an installer. We found Carpet Hut through Angie's LIst and chose to visit their showroom because they are an Armstrong certified LVT installer - and apparently one of the only ones in our vicinity. When we visited their showroom to get an idea of cost, options, wear, etc, Terry provided a huge amount of info about what LVT (and carpet) labels mean, what you're getting when you buy flooring based on those labels, and let us make our own choice on products. I'd never had such good info passed prior to making a home improvement purchase and never felt pressured to buy the most expensive thing in the showroom. They have a great selection of flooring options. We ordered new carpet and padding for upstairs and LVT for downstairs. Larry came out within a few days to measure, and explained what preparation needed to be done on our first level floors to prepare them for the LVT. Apparently none of the rooms (living, downstairs lounge, kitchen, dining) were at the same level when you got down to the plywood floor. That means that once the old flooring (a mixture of tile, laminate, and carpet) was removed, the floor would have to be built up to the same level throughout. The labor involved in that brought our price up, but nowhere near what I feared it might be and we feel we got a very fair deal - compared to what we got a few years ago from one of those bargain flooring companies you see on TV. Carpet & padding were installed in two days, seams barely or not visible at all. The LVT took about 9 days all told, the first week spent on preparation (our floors needed a LOT of work). In all cases, the workers were extraordinarily professional, friendly, and did a great job. They've all been working for Carpet Hut for about 30 years or more so they know what they're doing and are able to easily address challenges that came up during the install. Finally, if you're considering hardwood or laminate floors, spend some time getting to know LVT. My husband was sold on it, me not so much until Terry showed me their samples and we talked about wear, advantages, etc. I was surprised by how NICE it is! As some websites say, LVT is NOT your grandmother's vinyl. Gorgeous, looks like wood, low maintenance and can handle a good soaking, should that happen.

They were very punctual and respective of my home and area. The previous flooring had been glued down to the concrete which made it very, very difficult to get up and remove. The two gentlemen kept me informed of the progress and tried their absolute best to keep the amount of dust down to a minimum which was not easy due to the fact that they ended up having to use a hand saw to cut it away from the concrete. It took them a day longer than anticipated but they never got frustrated or sloppy. I had a large piece of exercise equipment that could not be taken out of the room so they had to work around and move back and forth but never was there a complaint about it. Moving the rest of the office furniture was included in the quote and was handled with great care. The new laminate was put down and the finishing of the trim looks superb. Once completed they cleaned up after themselves more than any other providers I have had in the past. There work was superior. I would recommend their services to anyone and will certainly call on them again for my next project. The finished product is beautiful! I could not be more pleased!

I have previously used this company and was pleased. This experience has been the complete opposite. When talking to Larry about the work we specifically addressed the molding above the floor. This area had been covered with carpet up to 4 inches. It was imperative that this be removed and match the other existing molding. This was not done. I am told now that they cannot do it so I have to contract someone else to finish their job. The floor was left dirty with glue all over and I have to remove that. The two workers constantly argued loudly with each other. The whole project was unprofessional and incomplete.

We had an excellent experience with Carpet Hut. Their showroom is a relaxing place to look at samples with very helpful staff to answer questions. Larry came out and did the estimate and he is the owner so you get great customer service. The best thing about Carpet Hut is they have their OWN installers. You won't get a subcontracted group who may not be dedicated to Carpet Hut. The installers were excellent. We found rot under the carpet in one closet and Larry made sure he had someone do the repair that day so we could stay on schedule. I am a service provider that usually works with Hoarders and I learned about Carpet Hut when last November they were hired by my client to install carpet in a renovated home. I was so impressed with their service I decided to use them in our home and I was very pleased. You won't be disappointed with Carpet Hut.

This is the second time that we have used Carpet Hut to convert part of our home from wall to wall carpeting to hardwood flooring. All materials used arrived much faster than expected and without damage. The installation team showed up each day as scheduled and worked steadily until the job was complete. Installation work was of high quality and no corrections or follow-up visits were necessary. Some cutting was done inside which we weren't totally thrilled about but the crew did a great job cleaning everything up before they left.

The workmen, Fred and Anthony, came on time, called ahead, and were very polite, and funny :o), efficient, and very talented in their profession. They took approximately three hours to strip the old, sweep, lay the padding, sweep and lay the carpet with exactness and plain good craftsmanship. They finished and cleaned up all the loose ends, dirt, old carpet, padding and were gone without incident. I will certainly use this provider, Carpet Hut, again should the occasion present itself. The choices were many and of excellent quality. We are VERY satisfied with our beautiful carpet in the living room, hall and stairs...!!!

It could not have gone better! We began with a visit to their showroom (a great advantage over those contractors who bring samples to your home. Carpet Hut has thousands of samples in one place!) The staff at the showroom, headed by Mrs. Woolard, were quite attentive and helpful. They stayed that way through the several visits and telephone calls that we needed to make our choices. The price they gave us seemed quite competitive. (With what I know now, I would not have bothered to compare and would take any price they offered!) The crews appeared at our front door 15 minutes early, stayed late, and finished both jobs a full day ahead of time! While they were here, we enjoyed talking with them. A bunch of nice people! In addition, they all expressed their joy at having done a good job. It was apparent that doing the installation perfectly was important to all of them. We will be replacing the carpets in our bedrooms soon. We will call only Carpet Hut!

This is our second time using Carpet Hut and again a professional job. We visited their shop in late February and found several tiles colors/styles we like and took them home to see how they looked. We set up an appointment with Larry to measure and provide an estimate. Showed up on time and measured and talked over various installation options and we agreed on tile and grout and installation method and installation date of 25 - 27 Mar. Installers showed up and began installation after moving washer/dryer, refrigerator and center island (extra charge), skim coat over existing floor and set tile (approx. 400sqft). 3 day job done on time with washer/dryer and refrigerator moved back into place.

Excellent service from start to finish. Customer service was great and the two installers did a fantastic job. They were on time and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, plus we liked the idea of doing business small family owned business who did not contract the work out. They have been in business for a long, long time and it is obvious why they've stayed in business.

The job was done well. The company was flexible with scheduling, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Their installers are very meticulous in making sure the fit and finish are perfect. Larry makes the extra effort in reviewing the project with you onsite before the work begins in order to make sure there are no surprises. He makes sure every corner and seam is showroom quality workmanship. I think this is what differentiates Carpet Hut from all of their competitors. We've used them several times before. They seem genuinely committed to providing a high quality product with a professional and experienced installation. We love the look of our renovation.

Stopped by their shop on 18 Jan 2014 to look at various flooring and found staff to be very knowledgeable and they had many different types of flooring installed around the showroom as examples which were very helpful in making our decision. We made an appointment to have them install vinyl in our bathrooms (house is 10 years old). We took eight different samples to look at in our home. Larry showed up on time to measure and review the work. He inspected the existing flooring and talked through several installation options. We picked the pattern and he called to see if his distributor had the product and when it could be delivered. We set Tuesday 28 January 2014 for the installation. Carpet Hut installers (not sub contractors) showed up at 8:30am as expected. They were professional and walked through what they would be doing and how long they expected to take. They finished both bathrooms, cleaned up and walk through an inspection prior to leaving and they were done at 1:15pm (45min early). Great job and I plan to have them come back out to get estimate to put down vinyl tile in our kitchen, eat-in kitchen, mud-room, laundry room and downstairs 1/2 bath in the near future.

Initial contact was on a Friday at Carpet Hut's showroom. Saleswoman displayed excellent knowledge of the various levels of carpet that were available. Showed us a large remnant that ended up being what we ultimately selected. Installation was on the following Tuesday. Installer was prompt and very professional. Endstate exceeds expectations -- the room looks 1000% better. We can recommend Carpet Hut without reservation -- a superb operation!

Everyone was great to worth with and very helpful. I had to cancel/reschedule my original appointment last minute, and they were very accommodating. I will gladly call Larry again when I re-carpet the rest of the house.

, theyhe two installers were excellent, very professional and Carpet Hut was outstanding. The carpet we picked out was back ordered for three weeks, but when it came in they called and made the appointment to install.The installers were excellent, I felt like I was in a tornado with the activity. Our home is small, but the installers had no trouble moving furniture where needed, and were very detailed in installing the tack strips, padding and carpet perfectly. A totally professional installation that will last for many years. You can't beat this company, they are great!

Their service was very good. They were a little pricey but I would use them again in the future.

I contacted Carpet Hut via Angie's List on 25 October 2012 to request a quote for repairs, and they responded in a very timely manner. I was informed that they had a flat rate of $175 for a job, but that the price might be slightly higher if they felt it necessary. I informed them during the initial call that we still had leftover carpet from the original installation on hand that could be used for repairs. We tentatively scheduled work for the following day. The next day, Carpet Hut called me to say that they wouldn't be able to fit me into the schedule for that day, but that Larry would contact me the following week to reschedule. They also informed me that it would be a patch and seam repair, and that the total cost would be $200. On Thursday (01 November), Larry called to schedule repairs for 02 November around 2 PM. The 2-person crew arrived ahead of schedule, and performed the repair very quickly and efficiently (less than half an hour from start to finish). They were very pleasant and professional. The carpet nap was matched and the patched area is barely noticeable. After some wear is put on it, I believe that the new section will be invisible. They also let me know that my dogs might try scratching at the new seam since its smell was different than the rest of the carpet, and that I should keep an eye on them until the scents blended, which was very helpful. (One midnight carpet snack is more than enough...) The price seemed like it might be a little high given that we already had the carpet to use for the repair, but overall, we were very pleased with the results, and would consider hiring Carpet Hut again should the need arise.
