Started out great and went all downhill after 3 cleanings. Decided she didn't really want to work but still wanted to be paid for her time.

I AM ALWAYS HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH MY CUSTOMERS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM SCRUBBING FLOORS, HOWEVER THIS GENTLEMAN REQUIRED ME TO SCRUB HIS FLOORS WITH STRAIGHT BEACH. HE ALSO REQUIRED ME TO CLEAN HIS GLASSWARE COLLECTION HE HOUSES ON UNSTABLE SHELVES WHICH WAS ACCESSED BY A STEP LADDER. WHENEVER I GIVE A QUOTE FOR A JOB, I CLEARLY OUTLINE EVERYTHING THAT IS NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THE AMOUNT OF TIME NEEDED FOR THE TASK. I USUALLY GIVE EACH ASSIGNMENT THREE TO FOUR HOURS, AND THIS IS HOW MUCH TIME I SPENT AT HIS HOUSE. PERHAPS IT COMES DOWN TO HIS WORD AGAINST MINE, BUT I NEVER SPENT LESS THAN THREE HOURS, AS PROMISED, IN HIS HOME FOR THE THREE TIMES I WORKED FOR HIM. AS FAR AS THE RATE I CHARGE GOES, I BELIEVE YOU WILL FIND MY FARE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER HOUSE CLEANERS IN THIS AREA. I NEVER CHEAT MY CLIENTS OUT OF TIME, WORK, OR MONEY. TO SUGGEST THAT I DO IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE.

Carol has been our house cleaner for six years, and she has yet to do a sub-par job. The cleaning takes a few hours, and there are certain areas she will do more than once, if it is especially dirty. We love her attitude, and she does not refuse to do extra work if we ask her. Once we discovered her, we had no desire to hire anyone else for the job.
Description of Work: Carol Gurvich cleans our entire house. This includes the main rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. The house is cleaned about every three weeks.
