 + -1 moreClinton arrived and began at the phone jack that the lines come from. He was able to track the line directly to the source of the problem which turned out to be the surge protector-not the line itself. He hooked the phone line directly to phone so the phone would be usable until the surge protector could be replaced. Clinton was really polite, very professional, and very quick to respond to our call.
