Cameron & Lorin are good people they were on time and completed the work in a timely manner and answered several questions with knowledgeable answers. Everything went extremely well. Arrived early, diagnosed the problem, replaced the switch and tank. Very professional, informative and friendly.

"Not all heroes wear capes" The installer of our NEW Geothermal unit determined what the problem was, but then could not help us. (Even once C&G knew what they needed to do after the pumps would be replaced, they still abandoned us. ) Chris (I believe that was the name from C&G) called me back on the weekend and determined what was required, He then took the initiative to hunt down the needed replacements. When he learned they were no longer made, he then determined the options and handled everything, including finding a similarly responsive HVAC service (Ivan's Heating and Cooling) that would complete the hook up to the newly installed geothermal unit. After 5 days with no AC, he and another company fixed the problem the next morning. Outstanding service.

I own an irrigation company and after a few tries with other companies we found C&G through a customer. They are the first well company we have found that shows up as promised and does neat, professional work. As a result, they are out go-to company when we have a customer that either needs a well or needs well repair. They have performed services for roughly 2 dozen of our customers in the past year. We could not be happier with the way they have treated our customers.

Great response. Walked me through several items on the phone. Turned out my issue was with another water system. Very professional and saved me the cost of coming out to the house. Very personable, would absolutely call again if I needed them.

Fantastic. Chris and his team had to dodge around a rainy summer that made access difficult, but they were out as soon as conditions permitted. They obtained the permits and set the well and an additional hose bib right where we asked.

Called C & G on the recommendation of another service company. They came out the same day and saved us hundreds of dollars. The AC went out on Friday night (98 degree weekend), called a well known Geo-thermal company who charged us a $149.00 weekend call rate but wouldn't fix until the following week. They quoted us $895 for just the pump and claimed it would require 3-4 hours to install. So thankful they were not able to give us the appointment on Monday and called C & G instead. They were professional and very efficient. I could not be happier with their work and rates. Highly recommend.

C & G Well Drilling arrived when promised , confirmed the problem, made the repair and were finished in 2 hours. I would definitely use them again when needed. The well and pump works great!

I called C &G and left a voice mail. Chris promptly called me back a few hours later. Chris told me how to fix it over the phone! He was extremely patient and detailed with his instructions. Sure enough he was spot on with his diagnosis and I haven't had an issue since then. He didn't charge me a dime but has earned a customer for life!

My geothermo system pump was running almost continually. When I called Criss he came right out and diagnosed my need for a well. He then provided a work around until he could get back to drill. The work was done in a couple of days. and in a professional manner. I hired Criss once before for a well drilling. I had no hesitation is calling him back again. Clearly he is quite knowledgeable, efficient and highly qualified. He is also great to work with. On top of all that his prices were better than others I inquired. I highly recommend him!

I found this company through Angie's List and was impressed by all the reviews. I have an old pump/well/irrigation system that was installed back in 1994 and not working(I am not the original owner or installer). So I called Chris to get help with getting my irrigation started back up. He sounded very knowledgeable on the phone so I hired him to come attempt to fix my old system. It was going to cost me $95 just for him to come out to diagnose/prime my system. He gave me a 4 hour window for my appointment. The day of the appointment, he looked at my pump and immediately thought it was the Check Valve that leads from the well to the pump. He began shoveling in my backyard in an attempt to locate the well. After several holes, he located the well and took out the old check valve. He replaced the new check valve closer to the pump and manually pumped the water from the well out through the spigots. This was a great sign knowing that my well was still working. After getting the water flowing with my old pump, he looked at my irrigation and openly admitted that he is not an "irrigation guy." I was kind of surprised by that comment, but was thankful for his honesty. We, both of us, attempted to run the irrigation and learned that my irrigation valves were leaking. He messed with the pump a little then advised me that the pump needed to be replaced because it would hold pressure. He said that the pump kept dropping to 0 psi and no higher than 20psi. He estimated that a new pump would cost me $825 for him to replace it!!! I immediately remembered his comment of not being an "irrigation guy" and politely declined. He gave me a contact number to call to where I could buy a new pump. My total payment for basically a new Check Valve to get water flowing again cost me $195. Here is where it gets interesting: So I am a DIY'er and decided I would look into possibly buying a new pump and getting my irrigation up and running on my own versus hiring somebody else to charge me an arm and leg for little work. What I learned is that my pump just needed a $10 pressure gauge that I bought at Home Depot. Pump works great, and gives me a reading of 30-50 psi. So instead of buying a $400-$825 pump that I was estimated, it cost me $10! Chris was a polite and friendly guy, but I would not recommend him for any irrigation work. However, I would hire him for Well work/drilling. He seems to be very knowledgeable about the wells, etc, but not irrigation or pumps.

I called Criss Menefee to see if he could drill a well for me. He called back and came the next day to see my situation and give me a price. The price was very fair seeing that he would have to drill in my front yard, pipe the well all the way to a detached 2 1/2 car garage in the back yard and place the pump in the garage to replace my dried up well. He scheduled it as soon as he could fit it into his schedule. Criss called the day before he and his two sons came to drill the well. They took about two hours to drill down about 65 feet to reach good clean water and cap it off. He said that another member of his team would be out to run the piping and install the new pump. He called the day before Bret came out with tow helpers to run the 80 some feet of pipe and install the pipe in my garage. They even installed a bye pass so I can bring my sprinkler system back to life. Criss and his crews did a great job and I would hire him again in a minute or recommend him to anyone who would ask!

Outstanding responsiveness and quality. We rely on the well for our drinking water so it was important to get the repair done quickly.

Pump would not pump well water. Examined pump and suction inlet well piping for airtight integrity. Tightened union on suction side of pump and primed. System then worked as advertised. Adjusted pump shutoff switch setting to 30 seconds. Educated me on how the shallow water well system works and preventive maintenance. Fast service - finished job in less than 1 hour. Very courteous and knowledgable.

It was a very nice piece of workmanship. It was a nice business exchange. We met them only over the phone and they handled everything nicely and efficiently at reasonable cost. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

They first came to assets the old one and it was decided that we would need a new one do to an old corroded galvanized pipe if they would have try just to replaced the old it will collapsed and they would have to drill a new one it was located right next to the garage ,new regulations saids that it has to be a least 15 feet from the foundation.they were punctual,quick ,efficient and very pleasant we highly recommend them,we would definitely use their services again if needed.

It worked out fine. They came when they said they would. They did the testing on the well and everything worked out good. They are very responsive and knowledgeable.

When we called, Chris warned us that he was very busy and it would take a long time to respond because he was dealing with urgent work or large jobs. We could wait since our pump hadn't been working for some time, we'd just postponed the job. It was nice to have him not over-promise. But C&G called on Sunday of a holiday weekend and scheduled our appointment for the next day and showed up right on time. They identified the problem as a minor one (bad check valve), fixed it, and repaired a pipe that was allowing air into the system. After priming the pump, they recognized the tank problem which had caused the symptoms we noticed right before the pump died. They replaced the tank and the system worked with great pressure. They could have easily sold us a new pump. But when they were finished our 20-year-old pump worked like new. They did not sell us on the new spigots, I requested them as the freeze/thaw cycle had taken its toll on the old ones and I hadn't been able to tighten them anymore. They were happy to do it and took 5 minutes. Make no mistake. These guys are not warm and fuzzy sales guys in spotless coveralls who will engage you in lively conversation while they vacuum your garage or pump shed as they work. They are no nonsense workers who know what they're doing and get it done. We were very relieved that the repair was minor, but based on our experience, we feel like we could count on them keeping a larger job to just the necessary work and not a big sales job.

When the technicians came out, they found out that the larger issue was not the problem at all. They replaced a pressure tank that was on top of the well pump. That repair corrected the issues of the system cycling. They could have charged me upfront at least $500 just to go down into the well, but they found that it was a much smaller fix at this point in time. They were able to diagnose the issue within ten minutes and were able to complete the repair from start to finish in no longer than an hour and a half. I appreciate the fact that they were so knowledgeable and honest. They did a good job and I was very pleased with the service they provided. I will recommend them to others and use them again.
