Description of Work: We were having trouble for the last few years getting out pump to prime at the beginning of spring; our problems were solved in one day with differing connecting pipes and a new air tank. What a WONDERFUL and professional service from C & G! You can't go wrong! Extremely knowledgeable company!

Description of Work: We bought a house with a well pump that was non-functional and we didn't know what was wrong with it. Criss and I played phone tag for a few days, but once we connected, we were quickly able to set up a time for him to come out to evaluate what we were dealing with. Turned out the pump was seized up and needed to be replaced, which Criss was prepared to do right then. This saved me on paying separately for a service call and a pump/installation, which was nice.

Description of Work: Contacted C&G to get a well and pump installed. The price I was given was very reasonable and included removal of my old non-functioning well. They were on time during both phases of the install and always called me back and got the job done very quickly. Definitely would use again and recommend them.

Description of Work: We thought we were going to have to do a total replacement of our well pump. Instead of replacing both the pump and the motor, because my husband was able to tell them over the phone what was broken, they were able to get a new replacement pump without the motor. That saved us approximately $500.00! They were polite, professional and had the job finished in a little under 2 hours!

Description of Work: The pump on my sprinkler system wouldn't hold a prime so in essence we didn't have a sprinkler system. After being ignored by several plumbers and well drillers, I was told that I needed a new well at $2100 and it would be 3 to 5 weeks. Then I found C& G well drilling and left a message, much to my delight Bryan called back that evening and within 2 days he was at my door and within 30" we had a functional pump. He was very professional and knowledgable and I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreBTW, the correct name for this company is C & G Well Drilling. Chris was referred by Walter Putland - "The Irrigation Man" (757-544-7858). They refer to each other all the time. Walter was recommended highly by two of my business partners and is clearly a man of character. Based on my interactions with Chris, I can see why Walter refers to C & G Well Drilling. This is a one man operation (with his teenage son helping some). He works hard, long hours, returns calls usually about 6:30 pm when he has finished his outdoor day. Business-like, professional and charming in person. A genuine blue collar worker. Made sure I knew to call him back if I had any problems. Discussed salt content, iron content, depth of well and gallons/min capacity without being patronizing. As a female head of household I appreciate this so much. Altogether - a very positive experience/
Description of Work: Chris sunk and well and installed a pump for an irrigation system. He answered my initial call within six hours and performed the work five days later. When I came home from work, the work was completed and cleanup finished. I called with questions about placement of the pump in my garage. He came over at lunchtime the following day, listened to my concerns, demonstrated the reasons for his decision and told me he would do whatever I wanted. He would not accept payment until I was 100% satisfied. I decided to leave the pump where he had placed it.
