+ -1 moreWe do rehabs and we've been using this company for awhile. Ronald is prompt and honest. Many termite and moisture companies will inflate your bill especially if you're buying or selling a house. I've been quoted up to $10,000 and quot;to add sand to the crawl spaceand quot; by other companies. Ronald will tell you what really needs to be done and not inflate the work. His prices are fair.
Description of Work: Treatment for termite and fungus and other misc work for real estate closing.

+ 0 moreThey do all the things and charge differently. He's a one-man-show and does what he says and when he's going to do it, or how much he tells you he's going to charge you. He's pretty good.
Description of Work: I use Bugs & Turf 4 Less Services on a regular basis for lawn and yard work. They put a sprinkle system for me, did some bushes and different things.

Description of Work: I had a swarm of termites in my kitchen. Another company was going to charge me $700 more to drill holes in my foundation but this company drilled holes in the garage and put traps around the house so it was much cheaper. I now have a quarterly contract with them.
