BROWN'S INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINTING & POWER WASHING

The gentleman was very nice, when we met with him for the estimate. He required a $300 deposit prior to work, which was June 29. He came out July 1 and said he would start at the top and work his way down. He replaced the missing shingles on our roof. He reset 1 of the handrails on our porch. He removed the rotten rail. He did not return on the 2nd or the 3rd of July. A friend of mine contacted him to come back out to finish the work. He returned on the 5th and he finished and replaced the front left rake board. He reset the other handrail on the porch. He said, he replaced the missing shingles on the roof. The H.O.A. inspection said he did not even touch the roof. He was supposed to aluminum wrap the porch pot, but he did not. Instead he he put up wood on the bottom of the post. He did a make-shift wood job to cover his work, but did not do what he was supposed to do. My friend contacted him to finish the remainder of the work. He said he would not complete any additional work. My H.O.A. let me know many others have experienced the same types of trouble.

I approached him for my condos association and he is one the few others whom we are yet to decide on. However, he is my favorite. He was very polite and very professional. He came back three times and made sure he had everything right with the estimate. He was very thorough and very nice to work with.

I would definitely call Mr. Brown again. His price was very competitive and he went over and above what the job entailed. He came out and gave us a fair estimate. He found out he would need to do more work but didn't change the price. After he was done prepping for painting, he also powerwashed our driveway and walkway for free. He finished on time and blessed us with us his professionalism. He did all the work himself and is a must call for any painting job.

Mr. Brown came out immediately after my call for an estimate on painting our home. He gave us a very reasonable estimate, and we signed the contract for him to begin the work. He started the work sooner than we expected, which was wonderful because he knew we had company coming and wanted it to look nice for us. He worked very hard, did a very good job and cleaned up everything when he was done. He even left us the extra paint for future touch ups if needed, and left the exterior of our home looking better than it had in years. Mr. Brown was very professional, polite and hard working, and we will definitely call him again for all of our painting needs. We highly recommend him.

Brown's Exterior & Interior Painting & Power Washing did an excellent job on our townhouse. He was referred to us by our home owner association, and he definitely lived up to his recommendation. He did really well on the windows and trim. He didn't make any mess in the yard and he cleaned up well when he was finished. He finished the job on time and had great pricing.
