He did not show up as scheduled because he was concerned about the weather however he did not call me.The weather turned out OK. I called and rescheduled for later that day.Although he said he was going to use Mapquest I ended up having to give him directions. He called back about 4 times but was not following directions as given and kept getting lost. Never did come.

Very professional, courteous, and accommodating considering we had to reschedule due to inclimate weather. The job was adequate and competitively priced for the service. Since I have fold down seats and power sliding doors, some of the interior was missed. However, I looked at it prior to payment and I missed under the folded seat and behind the open door myself. Only days later did I notice. I have confidence that he would have rectified the situation if I had brought it to his attention. I just didn't go through the trouble. I will be using him again.

The only complaint I have is that he did not call when he knew he would be late. Other than that, he did an excellent job. It looked like a new car sitting in the driveway. Jesse is very pleasant and did his best to get rid of the tree sap.

It went very well. The car looks great, until a big bird decided to christen it. They worked hard to get the tree sap off. They were very thorough. Cleaned cup holders, etc.
