concrete repair
 + -1 moreWell it was actually a nightmare since the beginning. We found out that he had falsely acquired his Virginia construction permit. We paid him $1300 up front to start the work which we never got back. He also gave us a false address and I had to hunt him down. I feel that he is just a scammer.
Description of Work: He poured a 16 x 30 foot concrete patio in my back yard.
