Work was completed in approximately one week, finish and quality are excellent. Bob worked out of our garage and cleaned up after he was done. Price included all paint and materials.

We reviewed the company's reviews on Angie's list and called them for an estimate to completely power wash and paint our 3-story Sandbridge beach home, including all decks and railings. The home was built inn 1991 and has 2 large and 3 small treated wood decks and cedar plank siding. It was last painted in 2000. The owner, Bob Sarvis came right out, provided an estimate a showed us his portfolio of completed work and references. We accepted the estimate and asked to be put on his schedule on 8/18/12. He started the power washing on 8/31/12, and then after letting the house dry for a week, began the staining of the decks and then the house itself on 9/10/12. We consulted with him about the colors, making sure our choices would cover the existing color and that he could match the colors at his paint supplier. He completed the application of the first coat on 10/13 and the second coat on 10/22/12. Weather had some impact on the work, causing about a week of delays. Throughout, Bob kept us advised of his schedule and promised to work through until completion.

Mr. Sarvis's estimates were notably less that the others received but he clearly knew what he was doing, and his work ended up proving that we had made the right decision. All of the services were A+; prep-work, attention to detail, cleanup, punctuality, full days work. Even let our dogs out once in a while when we were running late! Mr. Sarvice was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly continue to use him in the future as 'our painter'.

He is absolutely terrific. He is fantastic and very reliable. He is really a gem and does very meticulous work. His prices are very reasonable. We have a 100 year old house that we are trying to restore and he does truly excellent detailed work. He even comes on Saturday mornings and you don't have to be here as he does whatever you have asked him to do. He is so trust worthy. We have a house which has some non standard crown moldings and he took one of the crowns to the miller to have it specially milled. He also had them redo it as the crown wasn't correct what the miller did and it did not match. He didn't charge anything extra for that. He was very honest and takes care of your stuff. We highly recommend him. He also does historical houses.
