Description of Work: I called requesting an estimate to relocate a sewer vent on my property. The owner answered right away and gave me a very thorough explanation of the system and sound advice. Description of Work: I have used Mike in the past and his work is exceptional. He gives personal attention to all details and actually answers the phone. He is prompt and caring. My most recent experience with Mike was at 7:30 a.m when my hot water heater decided to "explode" and by the time I realized what had happed 50 gallons of water was flooding my garage. Mike, not only rushed to my house to turn off the gas and drain the water that was still left in the tank so I could start the clean up process, but he was back with a new heater and installed it in a timely manner.

+ -1 moreHe's not only knowledgable and professional but very responsive. He actually answers his cell phone personally and if you don't get him he calls right back (very rare for contractors). He's done everything from basic work for us to helping fix a 50+ year old faucet set. (He actually went online and found and ordered a specialty gasket from California to get it fixed).
Description of Work: Mike Blair has been doing all our plumbing since we purchased our new home in Virginia Beach.
