Description of Work: The owner was un-professional, non-responsive, argumentative and generally uninformed about antiques; none of her advertising, business cards or correspondence lists a physical address, rather only a post office box. I had engaged her to handle an estate sale and virtually every one of her promises were not kept. Promised advertising was not initiated in a timely manner, and in the final accounting, 'major' items that I purchased at the sale were not listed. She also claimed to be a CPA ("I'm a CPA.") - which she has not been for over a decade. It is illegal in Virginia to claim to be a CPA when one is not currently licensed and certified as such. She never bothered to reply to my last e-mail. I may engage the estate's attorney.
