Beach Windows is a fantastic company to do business with and I would highly recommend them to everyone. This was our first experience buying new windows for our entire home. When we first started shopping, we went into the Beach Windows store front and spoke with Wayne. He was extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He knew the products and the competition and was overall a patient and upstanding guy. A different gentleman, Matt came out to the house to do the estimate and he was also friendly & knowledgeable. The quote was a bit higher than another we had been considering but we went with Beach Windows not only because they have a better product but by far they also had better service. Beach windows was responsive, answered all of our questions, and was upfront about what to expect day of installation. Everything was done with quality in mind which is why one pane of glass needs to be replaced, it came with a small bubble that only the installer himself noticed. Even after the installation, Matt called to ask how everything went. That is true customer service.

We visited the show room and I was impressed with the construction quality and the energy efficiency specs of the Okna Insul-Tec windows. These are high-end windows and not cheap (over $600 each installed). I thought that they were better than the other names brands (Anderson & Pela) as well. They also came in an outside color that matched our house trim. Tom Barringer was very helpful in explaining the options and answering any questions. We elected to get the sun-seal package on a few windows as well. We waited the 6-8 weeks before the windows were installed which was a little longer than estimated. The installation went very smoothly (they do not use subs) and was probably the highlight of the whole experience. Tom and his crew worked quickly and I was impressed with their work. Overall, Beach Windows is a top-notch company and I highly recommend researching the Okna windows. I?m sure I could have found windows for less but I felt this was an excellent value with a high quality windows and installation work that will last and gives me piece of mind.

They were fantastic and stand by their work. They've had to come back out a couple of times since the initial install and have taken care of any little issues that popped up. Superb workmanship and professionalism from the workers who did the install.

I sourced out 4 different window replacement providers and had each give me a quote. I researched the brand window each was selling on the internet to determine quality of the window, thermal, and structural performance. (One vendor manufactured there own window locally.) I also looked up each company on Angie's list as well and the BBB. I read the reviews carefully. I did not let the price of the windows be the sole factor for my decision. Since, I plan on remaining in my home for many more years, I was looking for a quality window, good workmanship for the installation, and good warranties. I wanted to ensure the company did not sub out the install. The brand windows I chose is manufactured by Okna - Insul-Tec from Beach Windows. The window had good U-values, water penetration, and structural integrity rating. I signed the contract end of Jan 2015. Received emails from Beach window on an ETA for the windows. When the windows were received, Beach Windows called to set up the install on April 2nd with a 2 hr window of when the installers would arrive. The crew arrived within the time frame provided. Each of the 3 man crew introduced themselves to me, and began work. The crew worked steadily and never took a break. The old windows were removed and trash or scraps of material was cleaned up. I was provided with a tube of caulking used for both inside and outside and told where the caulking could be purchased. I was very pleased with how polite the crew was and how well the windows were installed. About 2 weeks after the install, I had a small issue with the window in the Master Bath. It would not close properly. I called Beach Window on a Friday, and scheduled a repair person to come out on the following Monday. Beach Window called me back and tried to walk me thru a possible solution for the problem over the phone. But I was unable to fix the issue. The repair person arrived as promised on Monday and in 10 minutes the slide in the track was adjusted which fixed the closing issue I had encountered. . The repair person explained to me what happen. I love the look of these new windows and feel I made a good choice with Beach Windows.

Technicians were courteous and efficient. Completed job in two days. Perfect job site cleanup inside and out. Outstanding quality of workmanship. We highly recommend this company's service and products

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We obtained 3 quotes to have our windows replaced, and Beach Windows were, without question, the most professional and competitive. Matt LeBlanc was the sales representative who came to our home to give us an estimate. A consummate professional, Matt was able to answer all of our questions and give us an easy to understand estimate of cost and time line. Most impressive though was that he was extremely respectful of our time and intelligence. He did not spend hours going through a rehearsed sales pitch, but rather quickly assessed our needs/desires, and provided us with the information we needed to make a decision. There was no pressure whatsoever and there was no need - the quality of the windows (Okna Insul-Tec)was self-evident. Matt told us that it could take 4-8 weeks for the windows to be manufactured and delivered, but there were ready in about 3 weeks. We were able to schedule installation within the week. On the day of installation, Tom and his colleagues, James, Trevor, and George, showed up promptly as scheduled and went right to work. They were all very professional. Very detail oriented, they did an outstanding job and were able to complete this large job in one day. They were meticulous in their clean up, both inside and out. The windows both look and function great. Be forewarned though, these windows are very efficient at blocking both drafts and sound . . . our house has never been this quiet on the inside. I would look no further than Beach when you are ready to replace your old windows.

After the installation of 36 windows and a door/storm door, I noticed the storm door had been installed incorrectly. The storm door was not square in the door frame and left a 1/4 gap when closed. Beach Windows came right out after my call and fixed the door very promptly.

I was in a bind. I was selling a home and needed windows replaced fast. Well, I learned that "fast" is difficult in the window replacement world because the windows are generally custom built unless you have ones with standard sizes. Well, mine were not the standard size. I called the big window installation company recommended on Angie's List but they needed 6 weeks to complete the entire process. I called a smaller guy but again needed a good amount of time. I was recommended to Beach Windows by a friend so I decided to try them out. Two weeks... It ended up being 2.5 weeks, but they were very professional. If they had an "A+" rating for professionalism I would have gave it to them. Great communication, and the price was better than what I was quoted elsewhere. I'd definitely use them again, but fortunately it appears that their windows are going to last so it might be 30 years until the next time.

Their estimate was $8400. Their price was out of the ballpark. I would use them if their price was more competitive.

The installers were very courteous and professional. I think they did a FANTASTIC job on the actual installation. My issues with Beach Windows are their overall treatment of the customer. Once we decided on the windows, it was to take 4-6 weeks for the windows to arrive at Beach Windows and set up a time to begin our installation. Issues arose once the installers arrived at our house. The wrong door was delivered, as was one of the windows. We waited an additional 5 weeks for these items to be ordered and delivered. Once I was informed that Beach Windows had the items and was prepared to finish our job, the first available time was 3 weeks. I talked to the owner, John, and he was able to shorten that time to 1 1/2 weeks. By the time our job was complete (from ordering to final installation), the "7-week job" had turned into a "3-month" job. Beach Windows could do a much better job with regards to customer service. They could keep their customers better informed and updated on progress of the job. Overall: good installation with quality windows. Be prepared to wait a very long time.

UPDATE: October 10, 2014 We have been having ongoing issues since our original order on 6/21/2013 and we still DO NOT HAVE THE DOOR!!!! Seriously??? We we supposed to have the door installed today, and yet again, took another day off from work (3 altogether now), and we were called this morning and told that the frame of the door was cracked. After all the problems we had, and an ORIGINAL ORDER on June 21, 2013, we still don't have a door. My questions are: How come the door was not checked prior to this morning so that we would not have to take a 3rd day off from work???? (not really how we want to spend our valuable vacation days) How come the owner whom we have been dealing with did not have the courtesy to call us himself regarding the problem today? Why can't anyone at Beach Windows and Siding get our order correct and CHECK IT BEFORE making us take time off from work? How hard is it to order a door? This is my serious recommendation. If you need replacement windows, you might want to explore other options. The difference in price is negligible and the competition might actually care about you.

The crew arrived and went right to work taking out the old windows. I just want to say that I have no problem with the windows. They look great. I having a problem with the installation of the windows. When they took out the old windows, they didn't remove the old caulk. When they reinstalled the new windows, they just caulked over the old caulk. Also when they were finsihed and wanted to leave we did the walk around the house and 6 windows had no caulk. I pointed out the windows and they caulked over the old caulk. Also I just installed new kitchen cabinets and one of the worker's tool belt dented one of my cabinets. I was surprised at the service because they are rated so high on Angies list. The windows are beautiful but the install was so so.

Only complaint is that for months I kept finding more screws, etc from the old window removal phase of the project. Overall a very good experience. I used Beach Windows because they had a good quality brand window at a reasonable price. I started my search by looking at reviews for window manufacturers and then found companies that carry those lines. Then I researched the reviews for the companies and settled on Beach due to their positive reviews and since they are a local company.

Overall, we are happy with the trim work Beach Windows did on our house. However, our main complaints had to do with the lack of clean-up and punctuality of the company. We were given a window between 9-12 as to when they would be begin work. They did not arrive until 1:30 that afternoon. When they left that evening, they workers empty water bottles and discarded material in the front yard and street. They were unable to finish work on the second day because they ran out of siding material, leaving the yard littered with debris including nails and scraped paint. It took two days to get the material before they could finish the job. At that point, they cleaned up some of the debris but did not reattach the main power line or the backyard flood light to the house. They broke one of the bulbs on the flood light and did not clean up the glass on the patio. They did eventually return to reattach the power line and flood light. Unfortunately, I am still finding nails around the house and spent a morning cleaning up scraped paint. With that being said, the trim does look great and we are glad that we had it replaced. They would have definately recieved a better review if they would have spent a little more effort on the clean-up process.

Entire experience with this company was first rate. No high pressure sales, everyone involved was professional, they arrived when they said they would and the work was completed within the time that they originally estimated. The quality of the windows and the work performed was excellent and was Completed right the first time. There was not one thing with this experience that was negative.

It was done professionally and they cleaned up their mess when they left. They also showed up on time which is important to me. I would recommend them to anyone. The owner came out and he was super. He didn't go on and on about his product but he sold it and we were happy.

I needed my three picture windows replaced and I called for a couple of estimates. The first two companies never made their appointment times and never called to tell me they were going to be late. One company finally came out after I had to call them and they did an estimate and they would email a formal estimate and they did but it was wrong (wrong number of windows and wrong sizes) and we emailed back and forth several times and they could never get it right. Matt from Beach Windows called me several hours earlier than the appointment time to tell me he was going to be about 15 minutes late and that alone put them at the top of the list. Just a simple phone call makes a world of difference. He was professional and brought window samples and answered all the questions we had. Tom, the one who did the final measurements, called and asked if he could come early to measure and we told him that would be great. Once again, just a simple phone call. He was very professional as well. Our windows are on order but I assume all will go well. Our windows showed up and were installed today (4-23-14) and it was the best experience. They showed up right on time and had all three windows replaced and six additional windows wrapped in under three hours. Tom, Trevor and James did the work and were the most professional workers I have seen in a long time, they were clean, neat, well spoken and nice. They cleaned up thoroughly. I will most definitely use this company again.

This was the smoothest operation I have ever witnessed. The Beach Windows crew removed all 15 windows and a sliding door, then replaced them all in one day. They were very clean and so very organized. From my first contact with Beach Windows to the very end was a great experience. The windows that were installed two years ago have worked perfectly and still look great. I have used a lot of superlatives and it is only because that has been my experience with Beach Window. Outstanding. Tom and his crew arrived at the agreed upon time and proceeded to removed and replace seven windows. Tom and crew were courteous, professional, and had an excellent attitude toward performing their job. My wife and I are very pleased with Beach Windows and Sidings and have already contacted Beach Windows and Siding about replacing the remaining windows in our house. I will recommend them to our neighbors and friends. We look forward to having the remaining windows completed.

I interviewed 3 contractors to replace the windows in the garage. The Beach Windows rep was very knowledgeable during the initial presentation. The rep made a second trip to my residence to show me a window example at my request. I was impressed with the quality of the product and the price. I decided to have Beach Windows perform the window replacement. Beach windows didn't require a down payment to have the windows manufactured. The windows arrived earlier than was originally planned. The installation was scheduled for a specific day. The day of the installation, Beach windows arrived on time, installed the windows professionally and left the work area the way they found it when they arrived. There was an issue with one of the windows operation which Beach Windows corrected expeditiously. It was a very painless evolution.

I have been traveling for my work for a majority of the past year. Our rental property really needed new columns, the old wooded ones were rotted at the top and bottom. I had my wife be in charge of hiring a reliable company that did not rely on high pressure sales since she was going to be the one handling the project herself. Of all of the companies she spoke to, she said Beach Windows and Siding was the only company that she trusted. They ended up replacing the 4 front porch columns but when the installing team was at the house, they had mentioned that our gutters we falling in a few places (we have heavy pines trees surrounding our home). My Wife told them that we had not not budgeted for the gutters and that would be another project for another time. The lead installer said "don't you worry about a thing" and tacked up the gutters in the few places and cleaned out the debris!!! We didn't not expect the extra help although it was much appreciated! We will be hiring Beach Windows and Siding again for our next project!

The crew of three showed up by 8AM, and immediately went to work. They removed the old windows, and placed the new ones in place, and they fit like a glove. They were screwed in, and the crew went to work on the vinyl wrap. They were done by 3pm, and did a great job. The windows look great, and make a big difference in the comfort of our house.
