When I first contacted Beach windows regarding windows I explained what I wanted and they promptly set up and appointment with a salesman who could not assist me even after he was late arriving. The company knew he could not assist me even before he was dispatched to the call. A few days later John Otaka (one of the owners) called and arranged an appointment so he could come and investigate what I needed and had requested. Things went well and we agreed that an estimate would be provided by a certain date. The date came and went. After several phone calls an excuse was made that the company and John were busy with a Homearama show and it interfered with thier promise to provde me with a quote. After a few more calls a quote was provided and within the required time the windows were received by Beach Windows and installed. The installers were professional and courteous and did an excellent job. Overall the installation went well but appontments for estimates and getting the actual estimate was difficult. If you can stand being stood up, lied to, and forgotten until you can raise enough ruckus until they actually pay attention to you this isn't a bad company to have do you work.

They took a $50 retaining estimate fee. We didn't use them and they ended up giving us back the $50. It was a good experience. They were very responsive on calling and requesting a quote. They will reimburse you the amount you spend on the quote if you use their service. We didn't use them because they were kind of expensive. We would use them in the future.

This company was extremely accommodating in going to the property, giving us an estimate, and contracting to do the work. It took trips to two different sites, but was done very expediously. Because the work had to be approved through our condo association, it was a month before they could schedule our job. Arranging the work between our schedule and the renter's schedule was no easy task, yet they were very patient and worked around when we could both be available. They arrived an hour early to start the job and finished in three hours! They did a superb job! The guys putting in the windows were very professional

The team arrived on time and started to work quickly. Greg, Tom, and James worked diligently throughout the day. All work and clean-up was completed at the end of the work day. The windows are beautiful! We are very satisified and highly recommend Beach Windows and Siding!

Jon Barringer came to my house and gave me an estimate. He was friendly, casual, confident. The estimate was considerably lower than a comparable estimate I received from Paramount (over $20,000) for the same type of windows. The crew came out and installed the windows and cleaned everything up in about 1/2 a day. They were on time and professional. I've been happy with the windows and doors. I have absolutely no complaints. My mother is using them now for her home.

I highly recommend this company. They have a large selection of windows from which to choose. They offer fair and competetive pricing. They required no deposit. Their installers are professional and efficient. It took them only 2 days to complete the work. If you are in the market for any of their products or services, you would be well advised to give them a call or, better yet, drop by their showroom and see for yourself.

They seemed to be doing quality work, but they were on the high end of budget. The people were knowledgeable and I have no complaints.

Absolutely TERRIFIC! Very professional crew. Job completed in 5 hours. No issues since. Two of the windows had minor defects from the factory and they were promptly replaced.

Excellent. I called to get an estimate. One of the owners came out to meet with me and discuss the job I also visited their showroom to select the style of windows. They provided a detailed written estimate, with price valid for 30 days and a copy of the warranty before I placed the order. Written price estimate and copy of warranty were something other companies were unable/unwilling to give. Once the windows were ordered, they came in on time and were installed as scheduled. The installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up comepletely before they left Overall, I am extremely satified. About a year after the windows were installed, I had a problem with one of them not staying open properly. I called the office, they sent a technician out within a few days. It was a simple fix and he not only fixed the problem, but showed me how to do it in case it happened again on another window.

They were prompt and professional, they came when they said they would and the windows were installed to my complete satisfaction. I liked the fact that they did not have a preset minimum amount of windows that you had to replace. They did not require a down payment, just payment in full once the windows were installed. When the time comes for me to replace additional windows, I would definitely use Beach Windows again.

They were all very nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the job all in one day. I would recommend them. When I called they answered my questions. They were on time to start the job.

excellent service. The first set of doors arrived in good time, but were destroyed in a tornado/windstorm on the truck before arriving in Virginia Beach. Second set took a bit longer to receive, but not Beach Window's fault. BW&S called with weekly updates until the windows arrived. Once on site, installation went quickly and smoothly. I'd use them again. In fact, they're bidding insulated siding for me now.

I was delighted with the service. The initial sales presentation was thorough and the follow-up and installation was flawless. The installer revoved all of the old windows and cleaned his work space completely. The new windows are beautiful and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

They did an excellent job and did exactly what they said they would do. Everything went well. I thought that they were reasonably priced.

Excellent, great work, meticulous group, intially came out did inspections, gave quote, full detailed list of work and extras that would be accomplished ie, installing new lights on exterior vice putting back old lights. found some rotted wood, took care of it very well done.

My house is only 6 years old and the wraparound my house was not put on properly and it kept blowing off when we had high wind and things like that. Someone recommended them and they came out. They actually took the entire vinyl & aluminum wrap off of my house and put it back on. They did a really good job. I was very impressed with their service. They charged me around $6000; I ended up having them to take everything that was underneath the house, because it was not done very well. They pretty much took everything off and started all over again. I would use them again, if needed.

The job could not have gone better, exactly as contracted. I am an absentee landlord so it was important to find a company with good references that I felt could be trusted to do the work without supervision. I found this company on Angie's List along with a couple of others. Their references were excellent. The price quoted was middle of the pack and they required no money upfront; which, to me, indicated strength and confidence in their work. All of the communication with this company was done over the telephone and Internet which made it extremely easy for me. From initial request for bid to completion was about 3 weeks.

Their install was great and the owners were great people in general.
