BEACH TOWN POOLS

The excavation, delivery, pool set-up, and concerete around pool was done nicely and rather on time (except for the concrete due to weather delays (3 of them). However, after the install was complete we were told to wait a couple of weeks to set-up and install the pool cover. We called Bruce and he suggested we wait and install the cover when closing the pool for the season and we agreed. We also intended to pay BTP to close our pool for the season. We've made repeated attempts to contact them to come and install the pool cover since September. We've left on average 2 voicemails a week. Two weeks ago Bruce assured us the cover installation would be done this week. As of 11/07/09, we do not have our pool cover, nor the hooks in the concrete to be able to use the cover. Today we left them our last message and most likely will take legal action to obtain compensation since we'll have to hire another company and buy a cover from them. We are extremely disappointed in Beach Town Pools and cannot recommend them.

From start to finish this company cares about quality. My pool was complete from digging to final concrete pour in 2 weeks - it would have been faster if the weather (rain and cold) had held off. The crew is courteous and neat and work until the job is done. When you are looking for a pool install quote remember that these guys do it all -- electrical, plumbing, concrete...etc. I'd do it all over again...

These guys did great work so I enjoyed giving them a good word of mouth. They stuck to their estimate and finished on time. They were very professional and the best at what they did. My pool was a joy so they did the job right. You always get what you paid for with them.
