Description of Work: My desktop computer was dead. It had turned itself off. I took it into the shop. They zeroed in on the problem, repaired it with my consent and I took it home. It wouldn't turn on when I got home. I called. Serviceman was at my house in the time it takes to drive from the shop to my house. FIXED. Great outcome, great service.
