My garage door would not open, and due to the spring being broken, I could not open it manually due to the weight of the door. I was unable to get my car out of the garage, which I needed that day. Even though I could have cancelled my appointment that day, I would not be able to get out in case of an emergency. I called Bay Garage Doors because they had done work on the garage door several years ago and I was very happy with the company. I spoke with the owner, Shawn Dunn, who said he could come over at the end of the day. Once he learned my car was in the garage and I couldn't get out, he said he would come over in an hour and at least get the door manually opened so I could use the car if needed. He showed up as promised and got my door opened manually, and I got my car out. He said he would come back first thing the next morning to replace the springs. Again, he showed up as promised and did the work. Being a female and home alone at the time, I was very comfortable with him at my house. I cannot say that about many other workmen I've had do work at at my home. He was professional, personable, and very fair in price. It's also evident he takes great pride in his company and in his customer service. I highly recommend Bay Garage Doors.

Shawn was on time. Very friendly, courteous and professional. He had all tools required to install my new Sears garage door opener. Knowledgeable and provided me an estimate for installing a new garage door. No pressure. His finish work was terrific. Now I am more leaning towards getting a new double steel sided insulated garage door.

The first time I used them was after my automatic garage door opener went bad and they instinctively knew it was a bad gear. They popped in a new gear pronto. Second time I used them was a couple years later when the spring that helps lift the garage door broke. They came out to inspect it, went and bought the parts and later in the same day came back with the new springs and replaced them. Easy. Everything was done based on my schedule! I think both repairs were done the day I called. The guy also showed my how to grease certain points and maintain my door. Only folks I'll use for garage doors.

They came at the time they said and did a few extra things to help adjust my door. They are very prompt, responsive and I will use them again in the future.

Bay Garage Door responded very quickly to our service call, came when promised, were courteous, and quickly and efficiently did the work all for a great price. They also gave us a 90-day warranty on the repair. We were very pleased.

We called and the owner came out, took measurements and set up the appointment. We were not required to put down a deposit. Door installed, old materials taken away and finished within 2 days. Would use and recommend to others.

The opener they put in worked great and it was very strong because it pulled up our garage door very quickly. I didn t have anything to complain about with this company. We have used them in the past and they have always been good to us.

Bay did a good job with our door. They came and gave us an estimate, and then came back within a week to install the door. The only problem was that they never put the lock on the door. We've called several times in the past year to ask them to come back and do this, only they still haven't come.
