I am very particular and usually perform all my own carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work because I have had a difficult time finding contractors who are 1) very knowledgable about their trade, 2) have a good work ethic, and 3) are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the work is performed correctly so that it will hold up over time and not just for a few years. Chris exceeded all my expectations. I own multiple properties in the Norfolk area and Chris will be the only one I call when I have work dto do.
Description of Work: I hired Chris Baum on multiple occasions as I was so impressed with my first experience. Initially Chris helped me finish the interior of a 500 square foot addition. He hung doors and installed window and floor trim. I later hired him again to help reroute some plumbing lines.
