+ 0 moreHe’s very efficient, has great and fair prices. His work ethic is wonderful. An overall nice person who does excellent work in a timely manner. He also did my hardwood floors and numerous minor items in the house.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof and the interior of the ceiling. He’s the only one that I allow to do work on my house.

chimney repair
+ -1 moreLawrence was very prompt with both the estimate and install. Several days of rain caused delays and Lawrence called each day to reschedule. He painted the chase with rust-oleum to match the house and fixed some connection problems with the flue.The install went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism.
Description of Work: Replaced a large (96"X38") prefab chimney galvanized chase cover.
