Auto Glass Now Virginia Beach

We had a broken window on an older European car with tough glass to find. The dealer wanted a fortune for it and no other glass shops could even find it, but they worked hard to find us the right glass from a used parts supplier and even got the trim piece painted to match. Very helpful and professional throughout for a fraction of the dealer's quote.

Got a great price on a windshield (not factory brand) and had it replaced within five hours of drop off. They have very convenient hours. The only negative was that when my husband got the estimate done, they never mentioned that we would need to purchase new trim pieces. So when we dropped it off for repair the first time we ended up taking the car back home and ordering the pieces on Amazon cheaper. We then had to make a second appt for the actual replacement. It was a little inconvenient to take it twice so communication could have been better in that regard. However, I am super pleased with the service overall.

Great, professional and on time.

We called and they provided excellent service. They asked several questions up front before quoting the price (was the windshield shaded, did i have navigational service,etc). Many of the other companies never asked these questions, so I wondered if the price they quoted would be higher. Was pleasantly surprised that the price quote was lower than all the other places i called. Service was prompt and the windshield looked exactly like the one they replaced. Would definitely refer others to them.

We have used Glass Masters more than once . I called a few other glass replacement shops and they had the lowest prices each time. My son broke our neighbors car window and they responded right away. I highly recommend them. The girls in the office that I've dealt with have always been courteous and make it uncomplicated.
