Unprofessional, overpriced, would not use this company. Prices: $523 install kitchen faucet (customer supplied), $573 each install lavatory faucets (customer supplied), $438 Rebuild toilet, $330 rebuild additional toilet, $523 install new toilet, $503 rebuild toilet with warranty, $345 rebuild toilet tank, $95 for a service call. They don't make appointments.

I had a kitchen drain clog that extended farther out into the pipe. Because my home is over 60 yrs old I wanted a good company with yrs of experience. I researched plumbing companies to insure they were licensed & insured. I also browsed customer reviews. Atomic was my first choice. I contacted Atomic customer service to schedule an appt. The rep informed me there is an additional charge of $125 for locations across the water from their VA Beach location. I did go back to look at other companies closer but eventually scheduled with Atomic. My experience with Atomic was professional from scheduling through job completion. I was notified of the tech’s identity and when he was on his way. The tech provided several options and costs to do the work after he completed his inspection. I was pleased with Atomic’s services and would recommend them.

Our water line to the house from the city water meter failed. Accordingly, the city shut off our water that evening. Based on Angie's List, I called Atomic Plumbing. One of my best decisions! CJ and the folks taking customer calls were wonderful! Nice, sympathetic, caring and most importantly, did what they said they were going to do! I got put on the emergency list. Dispatch kept me informed when to expect their technicians. When Justin & Will arrived, they quickly found the issue, gave me an estimate, went to work (through a storm) and had my water turned on before dinner time. Expert! Amazing! I'm now a loyal Atomic Plumbing customer.

Atomic Plumbing is my go-to company for all our plumping needs. as a follow-up after my annual SPA visit, i took Justin's recommendation to update our 4 eleven-year-old builder-grade toilets that came with the house when we purchased it in 2010. we decided to have them all completely replaced with Toto Drake comfort height toilets versus refurbishing the old ones. Chelsea kept me updated via emails. on the day of the install, Justin and Will were punctual and professional. Justin, a Master Plumber, oversaw Will as he installed the new toilets and was very meticulous throughout. during flush testing, Justin noted that while all 4 included fill valves were operational, 3 weren't to his satisfaction, so during their lunch break, they grabbed 4 new fill valves. he was very pleased with their operation after installation. upon completion of the job, they hauled away the old toilets and cleaned up so well one would never know they were here in the first place! during checkout, he made corrections to the original price quote, properly discounting for being an SPA customer and reducing the prices for the 3 subsequent toilets since they were installed during one visit (a savings of ~$700). i will continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Atomic Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs!

Robert is the best plumber we've ever had. He's done work for us previously and his work is consistently outstanding. We ask for Robert by name. He's the only plumber we plan to use in the future.

The two workers did an excellent job, explaining everything to us before they begin work, how to avoid this type of incident in the future, and the paperwork. Would definitely hire again.

The shower valve repair took about 15-20 minutes, no parts needed and was charged $438.46. The kitchen faucet replacement was $315.00. Our total bill was $753.46 - $75.35 discount for Angie's list paying $678.11 for less than 1.5 hours labor. To be fair we were told of the cost up front, but didn't realize you still have to pay the quoted amount if the repair was simple like it was for the tub valve. Workmanship was terrific, but price was way out of line and will not use Atomic in the future due to this pricing practice.

The job went Great! This was the third time I've used Atomic and, like the other two times, I was very happy with the work done. My old water heater was acting like it was about to die. I called Atomic and Ryan was out the next day. We discussed the options (regular vs. tankless) and I went with regular, 50 gallon with 10 yr warranty. Because the door to the closet where the water heater "lives" would be too narrow for the newer, wider tanks, he was able to find a taller model that would still allow me to squeeze into the closet to utilize the extra storage space. Ryan fashioned the extra pipe extensions to make it all work. The installation went well and when it was done I was very happy. Ryan was professional, friendly, and helpful. The office staff also is great at keeping the customer updated and when the tech is actually on the way to your home. I would highly recommend Atomic to everyone. I know I will call them the next time I need plumbing help!

Plumber arrived and performed the work efficiently and completely, cleaning up after himself as well. He even took old faucet away.

it was a simple job but he still had to crawl under the house a few time to trouble shoot.it was just the overflow drain was leaking and needed to be caulked.I was happy.

I would not recommend. They are not transparent with homeowners. Late 2019 I purchased a home with a toilet that was suppose to be repaired by the previous homeowners. To my surprise, the day after closing, my downstairs flooded out due to the previous plumber installing a flange incorrectly. I had to move to a hotel for 2 months while repairs were being done. During this time I coordinated between contractors, insurance adjusters and real estate agents to have someone fix the toilet correctly. After weeks of negotiations the agents finally convinced the previous home owners to fix the toilet properly. They hired atomic plumbing. My experience with atomic plumbing was appalling. From the beginning, they treated me like an outsider because I was not the one paying. It was so bad that when the technician came out to the residence, he was unable to give me a paper quote of what needed to be done to fix the issue because I was not paying. Due to the amount of stress, I let the process work itself out and the toilet was fixed. Flash forward today (and after 18k worth of damage from that toilet) my insurance company wants documentation of what was done. They asked me to get a description of the work completed from Atomic Plumbing. I contacted atomic and they informed me that due to privacy they could not give me any work description of what was done to my house, even though I owned the house. I then asked for the privacy statement and they also refused. My question is why can’t you give me a description of the work that was completed in MY HOME. Why did you authorize work from third party but not offer the homeowner a description of the work? I would love to see where it states in your “privacy statement” that you CANNOT provide the homeowner documentation of work you are doing in their home.

We had a leaking water pipe that needed to be taken care of ASAP, not only did Atomic have the best quote...they also had the best customer service, starting with the person answering the phone. Pricing was fair and the work was of great quality.

Excellent job! The technician arrived promptly, reviewed the items I had concerns about, discussed the process, estimated time and cost. He was very professional and efficient, all for a great price. Once completed, he patiently reviewed the work and responded to all my questions. I was pleased with the quality of work and his expertise. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

They would only give me an estimate on site. If offer not accepted the would then charge me for a service visit. I declined and decided to not have the work done.

not my first rodeo with this excellent company. ecstatic they got me on schedule quickly even in the middle of the work week. Sean and Trey are excellent ambassadors, courteous of our home throughout the job. again, no surprises with their up-front pricing with multiple quotes for every budget. removed 10 year old 1/3-hp garbage disposal that has recently stopped working. Installed new pro 880 7/8-hp garbage disposal. All work tested. man, this unit is powerful and QUIET! Sean had a good wealth of knowledge regarding Atomic's services and highly recommended the benefits of being a "service partner" with them, which we did!
