from scheduling the service call to inspect my noisy tank water heater to installing the tankless water heater, Atomic keeps the customer well-informed throughout. no hidden pricing; everything quoted and itemized up front and high-quality worksmanship. this was performed in mid-July...the least i could do was keep them hydrated with water and popsicles, and they just kept on truckin'. great ethic and dedication to their profession! Drained down and removed old tank type water heater in attic. Built wall in attic for new Navien tankless water heater. Once wall was built mounted new unit. Ran new section of gas line with new regulator to tankless. Connected water lines. Ran new pvc vent line through roof. Once everything was installed turned unit on to test. Strapped up and insulated water lines. Had to plug extension cord in downstairs until electrician came out to install outlet in attic for unit, which was done a couple days later (price already included in the job quote).

Serviceman arrive on time after alerting by phone that he was on the way. Diagnosed problem, got supplies from truck and proceeded to complete the project. Replace fill valve, flapper and water line for toilet. Work was performed quickly. Work site was left neat and clean. Have had no problems with toilet function since the work was performed.

They arrived on time, were extremely polite, did a fantastic job while keeping me informed of each step, and cleaned up after they were finished. I would hire them again in a heartbeat even though they are quite a distance away.

Great. Atomic Plumbing's Jim Miller showed up during the scheduled maintenance window. We talked about the problem of the clogged pipe, and then he looked at a few things. Then he explained to me what was going, and why. My drainage pipe from the washing machine was smaller than it should have been. I could replace it, and other pipes under the house, or get it snaked out and cleaned out for now. I choose just the snake procedure. He was very thorough and meticulous as he drained the water from my deep sink and then undid the drain plug on the pipe, and proceeded to snake the pipe. Once done, he tested the drainage of the pipe with a full washing machine of water. It passed the test! I was very happy everything went as he said it would. Jim is also a funny guy, as he was working and we talked, he had some stories he told me, that I thought were quite hilarious. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with the job he performed at the price stated. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim, and Atomic plumbing if some one asked me about knowing a good plumber. I know if I have another plumbing problem, I will be calling Atomic Plumbers again. Thanks Jim!

GREAT SERVICE AS USUAL GOT ADVICE ABOUT CLEARING A SHOWER DRAIN

I first had an estimate done. I was notified of the person coming to my home including his picture and name. I was given a written estimate that included a 10% off for using Angies list. Before the work began I had a lot of questions and everytime I called the office they were more than helpful. The work was divided into 2 days to allow for the framer to come in. Again I was notified of the names and given pictures of the installers before they arrived. The installers were professional, nice organized and let me know step by step as they progressed. I would definitely hire them again.

They are excellent, they are perfect. I am very comfortable with them. The price was also very reasonable for the service. The service people are very knowledgeable and very conscientious and have great attention to detail.

rude, looked at what needed to be fixed did not try to fix anything but tried to up sell me. I purchased all items needed. intern with him just tried to sell me more to train the new guy, then wanted a service fee, good by. called another company all day plumbing awesome.

The plumber was courteous, pleasant, and seemed to finish his work in a fair amount of time. I do not trust my "tinkering" with Quest pipes. I have called Atomic every time, and never disappointed in service or professionalism.

Excellent. Discover leaking water heater in garage on Saturday afternoon. Tech was on scene within an hour. Scoped the job and came back Sunday morning to install. Very pleased with service.

Atomic was great. I had issues with the vendor providing the appliance and had to reschedule the install several times. The folks at Atomic were great in helping sort that out. The tech arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. I have found my plumber for the several projects we have coming next year.

It went well, they came and did a camera in the drain to see all of the blockage and cleared it all out. The drain works good now, haven't had any problems since.

Work was good. Techs were good. Costs was terrrible. Intended to have faucets instsllled but would cost an additional $300 per faucet - insane pricing! They wouldn’t give cost estimate over the phone - now I know why.

We have used Atomic plumbing in the past. Used Angie’s list reviews for quality work. They are responsive and came out the next business day. Work was completed but was shocked at the price. It is our fault for not calling around to get estimates. They charged us $322 for sink drain part and $150 labor. A sink drain replacement is under $20.... needless to say feeling very ripped off. They do good work but if you can’t trust what they are charging you for it is a problem. Will need to find someone we can trust

I called on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the following day (my issue was NOT an emergency). The office staff called in the morning to confirm my appointment and again to let me know that the plumber was on his way. Don showed up promptly and was very friendly and courteous. I explained to him that my upstairs shower faucet was leaking a steady stream of hot water. This has been an ongoing problem for years, and another company told me years ago that the only true fix would involve cutting a hole in the wall to replace the valve itself. Now that the dripping had become a stream, I was expecting a big mess and an outrageous bill. However, Don told me it could also be fixed with a valve repair kit without having to go through the wall. As promised over the phone, he had the equipment on hand and had the repair done much faster than I expected. He showed me the price what the other company suggested years ago (which involved unnecessary work) , and it was double the cost of the work Atomic did. He could have easily gone along with what that company had said, but he was honest about what was truly required. After the work was complete, he showed me the old parts that he removed so I could see exactly what the problem was. I'd highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. It cost me over $900 for 1 and 1/2 hours of work. People were great, but the cost was ridiculous.

It went very well. More information was given to me than I would ever have expected. He was able to solve the problem, no more leak. He was very personable. I would use them again and recommend their service.
