absolute horrible people. paid them a large amount cash and they did most of the work and just ghosted us. disgusting that they would treat anyone like that, let alone a single mother.

I sure was a sucker for the sales pitch! Had a few other companies that came in a lot cheaper but I believed I was not going to end up with a belly ache afterwards because I believed in the sales person Mike. Atlantic pools completed the entire job in less than 8 hours. They came back to finish up small ends and seen a sink hole had returned and they fixed it with out me saying anything. About a week later another sink hole surfaced and that was the end of our communication. I was unable to get back in touch with them. Plenty of excuses for their negligence in customer service. I had to use someone else’s phone to get a response. Sept the owner came out and told me the sink hole had returned because I had water flow issues and he agreed if I took care of these issues he would come back ONE more time and make his FINAL 140000 dollar repair. I have sent him pictures of the work done at the house and asked if we could schedule a date and still have not heard a word. They must think I’m going away !!! My advice would be don’t bother with this company unless you want to loose money
