AQUA LEISURE POOLS

Never, ever have this company install a pool liner, especially in a sand bottom pool. When they did the initial install the bottom of the pool looked like a moon crater. When we questioned the install leader, he became agitated. When we questioned him concerning the levelness of the liner in one corner of the pool he became agitated. We also asked the team leader to let us know if the walls of the pool were in any need of repair, he stated that they were OK. Subsequently, we started to fill the pool and they said the weight of the water would take out the wrinkles. Well, they got worse, additionally, we could feel gaps in the foam backing (which was suppose to be all new) under the liner. We called the company. They told us to stop filling it and subsequently the owner Mr. McPherson came out and inspected the job. He called within a few days and said he would have someon else re-install the liner. The next company that installed the liner for Aqua Leisure at their expense did a "C" job at best. They're were not neat in their clean up of the pool area, left numerous cigarette butts all over the pool area to include within the flower pots. Additionally, when they inspected the walls of the pool they informed us that one of the walls was NOT is good condition and would need some repair next time a liner is installed. FUNNY, but the Aqua Leisure installer said the WALLS were OK. Refilled the pool and yet the bottom of the pool is still not smooth as if should be some what, with a sand bottom pool. Yes, Aqua Leisure paid for the re-install but, the job was not first rate. NO, Aqua Leisure did NOT PAY FOR THE 56,000 gallons of water that I needed to do the job, and YES they did send a bill for installation (as agreed in the contract for 600+ and then they added the foam backing, which I seriously doubt all of it was installed. I would find another company in tidewater to install a pool liner. We've been a customer of Aqua Leisure for many years but, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY............DO NOT HAVE THEM INSTALL A pool liner or a new filter system as we also had issues when they installed the new sand filter last year which resulted in the owner coming out to the house.....SHOULD"VE learned a lesson with the filter.

I was doing the wrong thing, putting the wrong chemicals in the pool, compounded my problem. They couldn t see the pool, they tested the water, I wasn t putting the right amount of chlorine in the pool. They gave me $73 worth of chemicals, he kicked me out of the store and told me to go somewhere else.
