Description of Work: I had my pool liner replaced. This included a significant amount of repair to the base of the pool under the liner. The Aqua Leisure people, especially Ashley, were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Ashley and his staff helped me decide what needed to be done, explained the issues to my satisfaction, and involved me in every step of the progress. They advised me in ways to keep the costs down, but thoroughly explained the need for repairs and supplies. The end result was beautiful! I am so happy I decided to go with Aqua Leisure.

Description of Work: I use Aqua Leisure for everything regarding my pool. Their staff is very knowledgable and has always been a tremendous help with random questions. I had to fix some plumbing on my pump, which was a piece of cake after talking to the owner. He walked me through it step by step in the store and even demonstrated on one of the model pumps in the store as to what I would need to do.

+ -1 moreWow am I glad that I did. I was scheduled to have the liner installed in June, but there was a cancellation and they moved me up almost a month. After they removed the old liner they cleaned the walls and bottom, and repaired some minor issues on the bottom, The new liner was a better fit than the one first installed. They carted away all materials and cleaned up the work space. It was a great experience in every way. I strongly recommend them
Description of Work: They replaced the liner in my in ground swimming pool. Including all inlet and outlet covers and faceplates. There price was neither the highest nor the lowest but since I have been buying my chemicals from them for years and they have never tired to sell me stuff I don't need, I decided to go with them. The work crew was polite and efficient they did not waste any time. The arrived when they said they would and finished the job exactly as scheduled.

+ -1 moreVery good work and very quick. The process takes about 3 days, most of that time is spent draining and refilling the water in the pool. The price above was only the installation charge; I also bought the liner from them. They came out to the house initially to measure the pool which was a nice feature.
Description of Work: Remove old vinyl liner from in-ground pool, patch any divots in pool surface, install new vinyl liner.

+ -1 moreI had problems figuring out the sand filter and called, and the woman I would continue to speak with was rude and we had to learn over the phone. I asked for someone to come out and she said it was going to be $75. They are just about 3 miles down the road from me. This started June 18th. Since the 18th there was a lot of confusion. We put in an order for a sand filter which was installed on the 22nd. The 26th was the day we got the $400 bill in the mail. We were there the 26th and got the 3rd set of chemicals. They were not understanding the situation we were having with the water, chemicals and filter issues. I could not have been any nicer. I don't want them to think it is all their fault because I did have another company install the pool. I do blame them for not understanding how bad it was. I rented a pump to vacuum it out. I just wanted them to come out and inspect the job for us. I decided to pay the $75 to have them hook it up just to have it done.
Description of Work: We went to Aqua Leisure Pools to deal with the chemicals and filter work for our pool. The company that installed the pool filled it up with well water. We had an issue with our water, it became pure red. We ended up having to drain the entire pool to find out that there was 3 ft. of iron deposits at the bottom. With the issues we continued to have they wanted to keep educating us on how to work the filter over the phone. It would have been much easier if they would have just sent someone out.
