Apex did a very good job of explaining the operation of our system. We were very happy with the systems operations. We have been using the service for at least two years. We have never had any problems. The system gives us a sense of security in our home. It's $35.00 per month.

APS is a good company and they have been maintaining my home for many years. For all the years I have been with them, I have not had one single failure with the system at all. They come about once a year to run a system test. That is just to make sure everything is still functioning correctly and everything has always been. If ever an emergency, they are to call and come directly to the home, which I am confident that they will. I trust them and feel very safe with them. I pay them monthly and that also includes my yearly service checks.

The technician was personable, outgoing, and very knowledgeable about his trade. The system was completely installed in only two hours. He sat down with us and explained how it worked. All of our questions were answered so we could understand and he tested it before leaving. We have not had any false alarms up to this point and we fell more secure in the knowledge that we are connected to the police at all times.

We have had a couple of instances in the past where our alarm has gone off and they called us immediately. Their prices might be a little higher but their service is good. The people I have talked to have always been nice and very helpful to us.
