This company is the best!

Installation took longer than expected due to problems with electrical box; and an extremely small attic space to install new upstairs unit. Steve and his crew were very professional, friendly, and hard working. Steve took the effort to make sure that everything was working correctly.

Jacob Russell and Dave were professional in the completion of the detailed work plan that went from the crawl space throughout the house and into the attic. Spaces were left immaculate each day. Work was checked and quality assurance was notable. The cost was right on, I got exactly what I paid for and they fit me in within a couple of weeks. I chose this company for their professional estimate and detailed planning. I liked their technical approach, detailed planning and their reasonable prices. They did outstanding work, no surprises! Expect a professional and an outstanding job! We are satisfied customers for life.

This was the first time that we used this company and I thought they were great! I think I interviewed about six different companies before I finally chose this one. They showed up on time and were very professional.

This was a most impressive group of contractors I've seen in some time. The owner (Steve) delivered the initial presentation. He was professional, courteous and to the point. He offered several options and upgrades without being pushy. He explained all of the features for each unit and then explained the benefits for each feature. He was also priced better than his competition. His crew was top notch. They were efficient and had a meticulous work ethic. Each day they arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. and took 1 hour for lunch and had everything cleaned up and were out by 5:00 pm. They even laid drop cloths everywhere they walked. I would rate these guys and this company with an A+.

This company saved us from a botched up job from another company. We wanted to upgrade our system and the other company left us hanging. This company came in and redesigned the system so it was more efficient. They removed the other company's equipment carefully and installed theirs. They were very professional and always on time, they would explain everything they were doing as they did it. The company proved to me they were not just interested in the money, but wanted to give us a very good system. They put down drop clothes and cleaned up very well. They were courteous and professional. We are very impressed and will always use them. I will always and have already recommended them to others.

The owner of the company came out and spent 3 hours evaluating our needs, answering questions, and giving us options. He was meticulous and made recommendations based upon cubic footage, window area, and insulation factors. We were provided candid, honest options regarding ''add-on'' equipment, and his recommendations were not designed to up the price, but to provide the equipment needed to meet our desires. Other companies that we called for quotes did not devote this amount of time to the estimate. Although I thought the price was high, I called many other companies and they all said we were quoted a good price and they could not give us a better one, even on systems that were not rated as well. They came out when they said they would and they finished the job promptly and cleaned up very well. The installation crew was courteous and professional. I was very impressed and would use this company again.

This crew was absolutely professional all the way. They did everything they said they would in the contract. They were very informative, and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. I would recommend this company to anybody in the area.
