Description of Work: My washer stopped working one night and they were open at 0700 am to answer my call the following morning. They told me a tech. would call by 0900 and set up a time to come by that day. The tech. called at 0845 and told me he'd be in b/w 11am and 1 p.m. At 10:15 he called and said he was ahead of sked and would come by early if I wanted. He was in and out in 35 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and rather than selling his repair services he was honest and told me the washer probably was not worth the money to repair it. He then answered all the questions I had about purchasing a new washer (what type, model, brand, and where to look) and he also informed me of how I could get rid of my old one. Quick, informed, and efficient.

The next morning he called me and reported he had the part and was ready to install it. He was at my house within an hour and installed the new part and tested the appliance within 30 minutes. The charge for this professional service was exactly what he told me over the phone before the service.
Description of Work: Repaired broken door latch on a dishwasher.

+ -1 moreI called in the morning, and Gary showed up on time that afternoon. He seamed to know what he was doing, and repaired both units in less than an hour.
Description of Work: They replaced a belt on Ward's washer because it would not pump out water and replaced 2 high limit fuses on Ward's dryer because it would not do anything.

+ -1 moreThey were great. Most importantly they were very prompt, came the same day of my call and did the repair right there on the spot. This was very important for our family of seven. I like that they sent two service men out to do the job. They were very efficient. We've used them for several other appliances in the past and always have been pleased with their service.
