He came out within 24 hours. Evaluated the situation, set traps, and sealed a small hole in a vent. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely hire them again.

Paul was amazing! I called him Friday evening around 8pm and he scheduled our appointment for the following morning. It's great that he has hours on the weekends as well as Mon-Fri. He comes out to your house everyday and checks the animal trap, and I love that he sets the animals free. I am a huge animal lover so knowing that the squirrels get released and not killed sets my mind at ease. Paul found a couple hornets nests outside my home as well and he knocked them down free of charge. I highly recommended Animal Crackers!

Investigated an issue with an animal between the floors of my house. I hadn't heard the animal (pretty sure a squirrel) in several days. Probably due to my families attempts to convince the squirrel our house wasn't a good place to nest (noise, cats in attic, etc. We discussed access points along roofline of the house. Paul is very professional and seems to know his varmints very well. This is the second time he helped me with an animal issue. He refused to charge me because he didn't set any traps or anything. I will always call Paul for my animal removal needs!

Checked next day to see if any were caught but no squirrel even though the door was tripped. Will come back tomorrow to check again. Did not come back to check trap as promised but it is in an area that I can easily access so I and a son checked the trap. I was empty but the squirrels left on their own! He still needs to come back and close the entry point. I called him Friday, Feb. 6 and found he had injured his knee but said he would be back to pick up the trap and fix the entry hole. So far no more squirrels, and no Animal Crackers!

LOOK NO FURTHER - ANIMAL CRACKERS IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR WILDLIFE REMOVAL IN THE HAMPTON ROADS AREA!!! A veteran and animal enthusiast, Paul is a highly skilled and personable professional! Outstanding service all around! After hearing noises in our attic over our bedroom for a week or two, we witnessed a raccoon accessing our attic by bending his way through a gable vent. Paul was the first to respond to our call out of six local wildlife removal companies. Paul was not only rapid in his response, but he even came out that same day to assess the situation and begin trapping for a ten day period. Attentive to our concerns, Paul was thorough in answering all of our questions and provided us with a great deal of information concerning raccoons and other critters that invade local properties. True to his word, he promptly came by every day to assess and re-bait the no-kill trap. After relocating the trap from inside the attic to the ground outside beneath the access point, the first critter to be trapped was not the raccoon intended, but an opossum that frequents our yard! Paul removed the critter from our property at no charge and set up a new trap for the raccoon. Once the raccoon was trapped and removed, Paul advised us to listen for noises in the attic an additional night to ensure the space was not occupied by baby raccoons or other critters before he covered the gable vents. After a quiet and critter-free night, Paul inspected the attic (just in case - thankfully, there were no baby raccoons hiding), cleaned up the area where the bachelor raccoon had been staying, and sealed the outside of the gable vents with hardware cloth (we agreed that the clearance in the attic was too low and the space unsuitable to satisfactorily accomplish the job from the inside). Paul was a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the services provided! Humane, friendly, and very affordable services - we give Animal Crackers our highest possible recommendation for wildlife removal!

The owner had to contact a subcontractor to come and see if there could be an access made to get inside the framing around the fire place to check for a wasp nest that was causing flying insects to come into the living space of the condo. He found out the subcontractor carpenter he uses for this type of issue was ill and unavailable and he would call me back when he had a commitment from the subcontractor when we could schedule for both of them to return and revise the quoted price for the work. This company of Animal Crackers never called me back to set up the new appointment?

We called Paul when we heard from our pool company that there were snakes in our pool house. I am extremely scared of snakes and didn't want to go anywhere near where they could be. Paul came over and cleaned out the pool house, checked the entire space for snakes, then installed metal mesh and sealed where there were previously cracks/holes for the snakes to enter, and then cleaned up everything to make the space snake and pest free. He did an amazing job and rid us of the problem all together.

It went well, although it took a little longer than I would have liked, because he went on vacation and I guess was behind when he got back. See above for details.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. While at the local hardware store he saw me about to spend a fortune on new technology promising to help with our recent unwanted guests. He told me a lot of information that I did not know and suggested the old fashioned snap traps, he also handed me a card in case I needed help. After two weeks I called and within a day he came to my house. He set traps and within a few hours we got our first one!!!

He round up about 6 great big garbage bags and I asked if there was a body underneath because it was so big. I don't think that the price was very expensive and it was less than $100 for that service.

I have been hearing and seeing raccoons in my second floor attic off and on for over six months. I would seem to get a visit about every two months. I finally decided to do something and called local companies for advice and an idea of their prices. Paul definitely had the best price around (by far!). He was easy to contact and came out the next day. He went over and above, searching the whole attic, and removing three garbage bags full of soiled insulation, before setting a trap in the attic...all for the very reasonable price of $79. He then checked the attic and trap periodically for over a week (although the raccoon chose not to be caught). After the week, he blocked off and repaired the access points the animals were using...also for a very reasonable price of $150.
