Jamie and his team were fantastic. They were polite, professional, and provided high quality work. I really appreciate their help in getting the job completed, even when it called for a quick run to get new electrical wires. I would absolutely recommend Anchor Electrical and I would hire them again in a second.

Jamie worked diligently to complete the job. We had a slight hiccup when the final wire removed was found later to have controlled our heat pump leading to no heat in the home. He responded quickly to correct the problem at no additional charge. Would definitely recommend him for larger electrical jobs.

Jamie was punctual and professional. I think he's pretty busy so it wasn't super easy to schedule him coming out but once we nailed something down I was very happy with the service he provided. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would use him again.

I'm so pleased with the level of knowledge, support, and overall craftsmanship of AES. Jamie, the owner, actually worked on my house! I've never had work done on my house and the OWNER was part of the crew! He and his electricians did a top-notch job, on budget, and on schedule! How awesome is that?! They will always be my first call for any electrical needs that may arise in the future. I even got a few much needed extra outlets out of the deal! My husband and I can't rave enough about AES. After troubleshooting, my problem was diagnosed, my home is extremely old with knob and tube wiring on top of a past shoddy upgrade. I felt and feel really comfortable with his knowledge and he is preparing a plan of attack to update my home. I can't rave enough about Jamie. Make one call to Anchor Electrical Services and consider it done!

It was very easy to set up an appointment. The gentleman arrived on time and replaced a faulty receptacle which was causing the issue. Very professional service.

The service technician, Jamie, had responded to the AL deal of a $79 electrical system inspection very quickly and was very flexible with schedules as there were a few changes to availability. I had some concerns about some potential issues within my home that I had expressed to Jamie and he was very attentive to those concerns, as he had addressed those first and then had provided the service of the electrical inspection. The electrical inspection had included: checking all of the outlets for potential faults, ensuring that the circuit breakers (GCFI, and main breakers) had integrity and were functional as they should be. After discovering a couple issues with some of the electrical components in my home, Jamie had provided an estimate that was very reasonable for cost on both labor and material required to rectify the issues. The service that was advertised was performed to a very satisfactory level and I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Rough start with setting up a day and time but once he arrived he was very professional, knowlegable and worked through every issue we had. Originally signed up for a 1 hour repair and inspeciton. It took 3 hours he didn't give up like the last electrician and I'm glad he didn't cause in the end he fixed everytyhing room which was evidentially feeding incorrectly. Now everything is working like a charm. I would definetly recommend him and will keep him in mind if I ever need another electrician.

I would use them again and have used them again on another house I take care of on May 6, 2014. There were professional and always show up on time. They are people you like to have around your house. They're cheerful and everything good. Four or five people came out and worked off and on for two days.

Added 5 pot lights , added 2 switches, about 4 outlet and wired and installed under cabinet lights. There was a long list of things he had to do. Very nice and straight forward. Felt comfortable with him in the house while I was not there. I feel lucky to have an electrician I know I can count on.

Jamie came promptly when called, got a list of all of the problems, emailed a quote and did the work - all within an 8 day period. He fixed plugs and switches, figured out why lights were blinking and fixed it, installed GFI plugs, and replaced bathroom fan/light fixtures. All prompt and very clean. Hard to find a good electrician, but this is one.

Prior to working with him, we had hired another home theater installation person who had ran up his hourly bill to more than $1,000 and had not finished what he started. This is our second home and I came down the next weekend to find nothing finished, and wires hanging out everywhere. We were installing 6 tvs so this was very distressing. This home had the old 90's style recessed spaces over two fireplaces to hold the old traditional tvs. We wanted the spaces closed up for a flat screen wall mount but we wanted all wires hidden to our DVR and cable box as well. Working with our local handyman Taz, Jamie and he came up with the perfect plan. Taz re-framed the wall to eliminate the space and then Jamie mounted the electrical box to hold the plugs and other wires on the new framing. Then my handyman added the new drywall and had it finished. We also needed a dining area light fixture relocated and Jamie took care of it. In the other bedrooms, he pulled cable wiring through the wall to the needed locations with a minimum of mess. He also changed the location of our master bath vanity light hook-up, which ended up being challenging since he had to fish around interior wall piping that couldn't be moved. After all of that, several wall outlets in another bedroom stopped working. He came back and discovered that the builder had installed them incorrectly and that they were corroding, so he repaired them quickly.

Great. Jamie reminds me of Mike Holmes (from the Holmes on Homes show) and I always felt I got more than I paid for. We bought an older home that was sorely in need up updating and, had some hidden issues. He has an excellent memory and knows our house. Jamie listens to our wants and complaints, educates us, fixes little things for us without charging ("I took the liberty of fixing that, it was bugging me"), and shares new resources for buying lighting fixtures online so we can save money. I've worked with him before he started his own business and would not consider any other electrician. (I found him through our excellent plumber, and the good guys do tend to stick together.) He also has a creative side and will do our landscape lighting. He has done a lot of high end residential lighting and brings forth a lot of ideas of how best to illuminate our house within our modest budget.
