Description of Work: I use American Mechanical Inc for water heater services. They came out between Christmas and New Years and installed a new water heater after my other one rusted through and then I had a maintenance plan with them for the heating and a/c for the last couple of years where they come out and provide service for the heating and a/c units.

Description of Work: It will not let me put in a category. It is a heating, plumbing and electrical company our of Virginia Beach , VA. I had 2 new systems heating and AC put in last week. Description of Work: Performed semiannual Peak Performance check-up of our HVAC system. The technician was thorough, courteous, and professional. He provided additional, appropriate services for our future consideration. The folks at American Mechanical Inc. (AMI) -- whose services we have been using for over 5 years -- have consistently provided outstanding service and products. The cost I listed is the value of the service. We have paid for AMI's Peak Performance service annually in the past; however, this checkup was provided at no charge, as part of the package in which AMI replaced our HVAC system in NOV 2014. (AMI provided the first year, after the HVAC replacement, at no charge.) Going forward, I plan to purchase the annual plan to ensure continuing trouble-free operation.

Description of Work: We had a clogged bathroom sink drain. For five YEARS my husband and others tried to unclog it. Finally I called American Mechanical. It took them about five minutes to unclog the drain. No mess, efficient, knowledgeable, care was taken not to damage any of the sink components or drainpipes, the price was very good, and the guys were nice, and polite. They did a great job! Will call them again if we ever need it.
