Description of Work: They were sent to us by our howe warranty company after we demanded a second opinion. They fixed the problem that day. The first company insisted there was nothing wrong. He didn't want us to wait any longer since we already were without electricity for 2 weeks. He was very professional. Any time I spoke to someone on the phone it was friendly and professional as well. I would use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
