Good morning, I just have to let you know how I feel about your customer service. In a word it SUCKS... You Mr. Bill Schlemmer (owner),was the only one I've had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with, so this review is directed at you... You have exhibited unprofessional and the most unreliable customer service I've ever experienced. You assured me that you or a rep of your company, would come out to my home on three occasions, and I've not seen anyone yet.(by the way there's no need to show up or call now///You are not the only show in town), and niether of those no-shows did you have the common sense to call me, to let me know that you would not be showing up Again.... I had to keep calling you, and keep hearing your lies... I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with you and your company. I would not recommend you and your company to anyone I know; and I live in a pool intensive community. I appreciate HONESTY, and I would have been very understanding, if you had told me, that you were too busy, instead of your repeated LIES AND EXCUSES....
