ALWAYS DEPENDABLE EXTRMNTNG

First, the young man who came with a colleague and a "friend" fished out a rusty nail from the window sill and told me that this nail was proof there was moisture around the window although he admitted the windows were properly caulked. Because of said moisture, the coverage was void. Obviously, this young man has not been around construction sites otherwise he would have known that rusty nails are used all the time by construction crews. He never acknowledged that there was damage on the window sill outside. His friends treated the front of the house while he tried to sell me a treatment for the back. I called the company and they arranged for their manager to inspect the property a week later. The manager said that the contract required a yearly inspection which I had not done. I challenged his statement by providing a handful of notices saying that they had seen no termite activities upon inspection. I was then made aware that those were labeled "Ramdom Termite Inspection" and were not the kind of inspections required by the contract. So, they accepted my money every single year knowing fully well that I wasn't covered. It did not occur to anyone within that company to write on their bill "Please be sure to personally request an inspection otherwise you are paying for nothing". I told the manager that the customer service his company provided was definitely lacking. He said that he would have to hire another person full time to keep up with people who did not request inspections themseves. Iwas also told to be grateful that they treated the house for free because they did not have to since I fail to do my part. Well, I'm not grateful. I feel that I have been fleeced.
