I was happy with their professionalism and promptness. They handled my things with great care and they were on time.

The move went pretty well with a couple of exceptions. The move out was a 3-story townhouse and our furniture is heavy, so it was hard work to move everything. The movers were friendly and polite. They moved quickly and didn't take a lot of breaks. The actual cost was below the estimate by about $300. We did have a few issues: One piece of furniture was broken and our new hardwood floor was scratched. Neither was major damage, and we were compensated without much hassle. I had to ask the moving guys several times not to stack heavy dish barrel boxes as I can't lift them or get into the top box if they are stacked. And I had to ask several times to place the boxes with the descriptions facing out so I could see the content labels. I believe that this should be standard practice and I shouldn't need to ask them to do either.

They did great work, nothing got broken. They even set up my furniture at the new house. They took only 2 days to move me. Would use them again. They showed up on time, and called me ahead of time.

These guys were great, they took care of everything we didn t have to worry about packing they did it all. They worked very hard for us. We forgot a big chest and they came back two days later and moved it for no charge. They finished the move timely and they were very helpful. We didn t have any money till we closed on the house that we sold, and they didn t ask for a dime up front.

It took the crew 2 days to pack everything up and get ready to move it. When I got to my new home stuff was broken and chipped, and worst of all I had a few personal items missing. I knew it wouldn t do much good to ask about them and I would have thought being this was such a big moving company they would have reputable and honest workers, but that was not the case.
